EA Sports announces players for NCAA Football 09 cover

Due out July 15, EA Sports’ NCAA Football 09 will feature Cal’s DeSean Jackson and West Virginia’s Owen Schmitt on the covers. Jackson will appear on the PlayStation 2 version, while Schmitt will be featured on the cover of the PSP game.

Jackson was drafted in the second round by the Philadelphia Eagles. Schmitt was tagged by the Seattle Seahawks in the fifth.
