Luc Bourdon, a young defenseman for the Vancouver Canucks, is dead after a motorcycle crash on Thursday. He was 21.
“Luc was a winner; he was a competitor,” said Kent Hughes, his agent. “There was no quit in him. He persevered through a lot. He was a great guy and a great teammate.”
A report said that he lost control of his bike before hitting a tractor trailer in Shippagan, Neb.
