Really? You PSP owner's have had three games already and anyone who didn't have a PSP, had just a dying (now dead) Monster Hunter 1 for the PS2. Anyone who couldn't afford or didn't want a PSP had nothing for a long time. Now say these hunters from the good old days saved up their hard-earned money for the cheapest next gen console. Well now they have a game! You should also be a little greatful, the PSP is overpowered by plenty of other systems, even the iPod. So you can't say that Monster Hunter has a fantastic foothold here in America, not saying that they don't, it is growing steadily. But it's going to stop somewhere if it's just PSP owner's and even then they're the less mainstream players. So the Wii version is going to help out a lot and if more people play, guess what that means? Another American PSP title! So count your blessings and sit this one out, you don't know oversea business as well as capcom does. You'll have another game soon enough if this works like capcom planned.

This really seems dumb not to bring it to PSP here in the US. I mean, the Wii is okay and all but what about us people who don't have good enough internet or can't afford it in order to be able to hook up over the net. Me and my friends have Monster Hunter Freedom Unite and we saw on Encyclopedia Gigantica that there was going to be a third one. We freaked out but when checking it out on release dates, we saw that no one was thinking about releasing it over here in the west. I mean come on, Capcom even made a few videos about "monsters heading west" and us (the hunters) needing to be ready for them. Since we can't get good enough internet down here, we can't play online with others, and even if we could, we still wouldn't be able to afford it around this area. We like the simplicity of the PSP because all you need to hunt together is PSP's, copies of the game, and free time for us all to meet and hunt like there's no tomorrow. Just today we did so on MHFU. I know I'm speaking for all Monster Hunters on-the-go when I say BRING IT TO PSP!!!
