Playlogic to develop games for iPhone/iPod Touch

June 9

Playlogic Entertainment, an independent developer founded in 2002 and creator of games for almost all systems, today announced plans to develop mini-titles for the iPhone and iPod Touch handheld devices.

“Our business is based on building great games. Adding another platform to the mix, like the iPhone or Ipod Touch, provides great revenue possibilities for Playlogic, and provides us with new customers to experience our games,” said Rogier W. Smit, executive vice president of Playlogic.

We don’t know any specifics about the games the company is developing for the Apple handhelds, only that we’ll see them sometime in 2009.
