What’s in store next week for Rock Band DLC?  You’ll be pleased to find seven tunes ranging from classic rockers Pat Benatar and Journey to the giggling, high pitched childish songs from everyone’s favorite Krusty Krab fry cook.

I did a double take as well, but indeed this is no April fools joke, in addition to the usual, come three tracks from the SpongeBob SquarePants television show highlighted by the annoyingly catchy “Best Day Ever.”  Furthermore, the SpongeBob SquarePants Pack 01 ominously is a harbinger of more to come from the yellow sponge.

Songs will be available on Xbox Live and the PlayStation Network next Tuesday and Thursday respectively.
