I agree, though the reader has a fuzzy memory on timelines.

The 7800 was wide released in 1986 and officially discontinued in 1992, which games being released in 1990 and 1991.

The Lynx was introduced in 1989 and discontinued circa 1994.

Atari Corporation itself dissolved in a reverse merger in 1996.

In short, Atari Corp  was busy in the 1980s. They died in the 1990s.</description>
