well on the plus side the beggining of the movie where you saw wolverine fight in the wars was pretty awesome.

I thought the movie was entertaining, but I couldn’t get past the aweful claws. They looked like something out of a made-for-tv movie on SciFi Channel. I thought graphics were supposed to get better as time went on.

Hugh Jackman is a Huge Jackoff. He needs to tap dance his way back to broadway and leave my f***ing Wolverine alone. They ruined the X-men by completely diluting the story. Now they’re ruining the one character that ever made them COOL. Admittedly it is MOSTLY not the Aussies fault, but the franchise is dead. I don’t care how much money the movie makes. I have to completely disagree.

I’ve known wolverine’s history. I’ve seen the other Xmen films. I also hated the third, loved the first, and am ’so-so’ about the second film. Yeah I hated the cyclops cameo. Yeah I hated that Emma frost is too young to be Scott’s tutoring mentor later. But this film couldn’t be perfect. It was tying up loose ends in reverse order, and forced to create new ones.

The action was top notch. I can’t speak so much for the graphics (hehe,arrgh). Yet the story was pretty easy to follow, and not so convoluted. It could of easily been more than about wolverine. Luckily, it sticks true to it’s title about it’s focus. The film as a whole is worth watching. I dare say even, watchable with friends! Though do be advised it IS wolverine heavy. (yeah, I know the title) As much as you want more screen time for X, you’ll only get a few moments with X, and tons with wolverine.

My review of it is: it’s worth the price of admission. Just take some geeky friends, otherwise you’ll leave the theater bitter and hateful of the movie. And not appreciate it’s effort to cater to our hero with three claws.

Nice and snarky–at least I get a laugh from the review! Actually I haven’t seen this film and on my limited budget was planning on probably not seeing it in the theatre. I’ll go ahead and make this “definitely not seeing it in the theatre.” And I am so glad to know I’m not the only one who hated the third X-Men movie. Talk about a buzz kill! The others were fun and adventurous. The third one was like a really down day in my bipolar cycle. I hate those enough in real life–I really don’t need movies that I’m seeing for entertainment to mirror them!
