I like your comment about "Knowing" being 3 movies in one. You are right that they don't fit together too well, but I especially liked the action and the suspense to see how it was going to end. Too bad the ending sucked, huh? I read a lot of reviews and it seems no one liked this movie. Some people were violent about their opinion. I saw it on TMC HD and they play this movie quite often. I have a killer surround sound system so I was able to get it in surround with my DISH Network employee service and HD DVR. I recorded it not knowing if I would want to see it again, but I deleted it as soon as it was over. I especially liked being able to watch it at home without a Netflix sub or going to Red Box. I was a qualified customer for HD Free for Life so I have all of my HD free. Dish is the only provider to give free HD to existing customers. That's pretty cool in my opinion.
