The Huffington Post dutifully points out that this commercial for Sprite has been banned in Germany.

Sprite wouldn’t even bother trying this out in the US.

It’s also blatantly racist. Do you see how far she is from the dude? Furthering the stereotype that all black guys are hung like horses. And we all know that it’s wrong to stereotype. We’re sure the black guys feel the same way. Who wants some soda company going around telling everyone you have a huge dick? I mean, seriously people.
