		<description>-Why would the added hydrogen increase emissions? Doesn&#039;t ignited hydrogen emit h2o? Why would the emissions be different if you&#039;re burning it for a fuel cell vs. in a cylinder?
-Isn&#039;t gasoline already a highly explosive and flammable gas? Doesn&#039;t it actually tend to damage more in an accident than hydrogen since hydrogen will just flare and ignite while heavier, liquid gasoline will stick to things?
-That cool in general that California is working on adopting new cleaner technologies, but isn&#039;t the state crushingly broke right now?</description>
