The Associated Press is reporting that the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives has foiled a plot to assassinate Democratic presidential candidate Sen. Barack Obama.

The ATF says the plot also involved shooting or decapitating 102 other black people in Tennessee, in a planned killing spress.
