Lindsay Lohan will not go to jail after all.
On Thursday, Judge Stephanie Sautner ruled that Lohan’s sentencing judge, Elden Fox, only required drugs and controlled substance testing on “Prisoner” Lohan, not alcohol testing.
Lohan is serving house arrest time for theft and tested positive for alcohol earlier this month after a barbeque held at her prison — err — house.
Sautner adjusted the restrictions going forward — now only one friend can visit her massive Venice loft at time, and no parties are to be held. But there is still no alcohol testing, so Lohan can drink all she wants during her jail — loft — sentence, without getting in trouble.
