Flamboyant celebrity gossip blogger Perez Hilton is making claims on his blog that he was assaulted yesterday by Polo, the manager of musician Will.i.am of the Black Eyed Peas.

Both were at the Much Music Awards in Toronto yesterday, Hilton as a presenter and Mr. I.am as a performer with the Black Eyed Peas. According to Hilton, at two of the show’s after parties, he had several aggressive encounters with Will.i.am and Fergie, a fellow member of the band, in which he claims he felt threatened.

Will.i.am, in a video blog post on his website, claims that Hilton was being “disrespecting” Fergie, who he says is like a sister to him, by criticizing the latest Black Eyed Peas single on his blog and saying, “Fergie is fugly.”

There’s a lot of confusion about what went down after that, but Hilton is saying Polo punched him several times while Will.i.am says that it was a crazed Black Eyed Peas fan who overheard the argument. The one thing both of the boys can agree on is that as a final blow, Hilton called Will.i.am a faggot several times.  That oughta teach him!
