Singer Samantha Mumba engaged

Samantha Mumba just gotta tell you this — she’s engaged.

The 28-year-old Irish singer of “Gotta Tell You” plans to marry boyfriend Torray Scales, according to Us Weekly.

Scales proposed to Mumba on June 26 in Newport Beach, Calif.

“It was very romantic and special. We are truly so excited and enjoying this time,” Mumba told Us. “It’s the happiest we’ve both ever been.”

Mumba is a multi-platinum singer-turned-actress’ whose film credits include “The Time Machine,” “Spin the Bottle” and “Boy Eats Girl.”
