Timothy Silvia, the former President of the Brockton chapter of the Outlaws Motorcycle Club, was sentenced in a federal court Wednesday to more than 21 years in prison to be followed by five years of supervised release for “conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute more than five kilograms of cocaine,” the FBI reports.
