Miley Cyrus was back on Twitter on Monday and tweeted, “Yo guys! Its MC! Thank you so much for my KCA! PS I am taking over the Gypsy Heart twitter! Gotta keep ya posted on tour come see me!”

She quit Twitter in October 2009 when she had 1.1 million followers by saying, “I want my private life private.”

She also tweeted the reason why she re-joined the social networking site, “‘Do not fear…the Sheenius is here!’ I’m not gonna lie. I came back to twitter for 2 reasons. My fans and to follow @charliesheen #winning.”

According to USA TODAY, Billy Ray Cyrus, whose daughter is Miley Cyrus, talked about his expected divorce during the interview on “The Views.” The interview will air at 11 a.m. Friday.

He said, “I dropped the divorce. I wanted to put my family back together.”

Billy Ray Cyrus and his wife Tish issued a joint statement last October and they said they were going to end their 17-year marriage.

He also commented about the current situation with Tish, “You know what? Communication I think is one of the biggest problems that we as human beings have in this whole world, and I think for the first time me and my entire family are finally communicating with each other in a way that, it’s been quite some time… and to answer your question, things are really the best they’ve ever been.”

Also, he talked about his daughter, “I feel like I kind of got my Miley back in a way. I feel like we are the daddy and the daughter that we were before ‘Hannah Montana’ happened.”

However, he added, “I love Hannah Montana. I love Disney. That didn’t tear my family apart. Now fame, fame is a different animal, you’ve got to be careful with that thing because it can… (pause)… all things considered, hey, it’s all good.”

The Weinstein Company has picked up distribution rights to Miley Cyru’s next feature film “So Undercover,” Deadline Hollywood reports.

Cyrus will play a young private detective hired by the FBI to pose undercover in a college sorority, with a mission of protecting a mobster’s daughter.

Miley Cyrus is going to host “Saturday Night Live” for the first time on March 5. The star has been dealing with so much stuff, including her up-coming films “So Undercover” and “LOL” as well as the bong/salvia-smoking incident.

She will appear at the Grammys as a presenter this Sunday as well.

A video showing Miley Cyrus smoking from a glass bong has exploded and become very controversial since sites like TMZ began posting it.

The video was taken last month around Cyrus’ 18th birthday and posted by TMZ. Precisely, the bong contained the herb salvia, a hallucinogenic drug made from a plant in the sage family and legal in many states.

Blast covered the salvia saga in November 2007.

Her father Billy Ray Cyrus tweeted about the incident: “Sorry guys. I had no idea. Just saw this stuff for the first time myself. Im so sad. There is much beyond my control right now.”

Former “Hannah Montana” star Miley Cyrus is going to star in her upcoming movie “So Undercover.”

According to Hollywood Life, Cyrus will be playing Molly, who’s sent by the FBI to infiltrate a sorority. She is always tossing around the phrase “holy shit” and even uttering, “I said a car wash, not a handjob booth” after suggesting a fundraiser.

Also, Cyrus will be in two fight scenes, as well as a scene where she takes a fist to the face from a guy while trying to protect her character’s father.

On the next “Hannah Montana:” Hannah cracks open an ice-cold Corona.

Miley Cyrus was photographed, beer in hand, at a club in Madrid Friday night.

In Spain, the legal drinking age is 18. Miley is 17.

Miley Cyrus’ parents, Billy Ray and Tish, have decided to break up.

According to hecklerspray, Billy Ray and Tish confirmed yesterday that they are breaking up after 17 years of marriage.

They commented in a statement, “As you can imagine, this is a very difficult time for our family. We are trying to work through some personal matters. We appreciate your thoughts and prayers.”

The former couple have five children and Billy Ray is father to Metro Station’s Trace.

Back in time, Billy Ray starred as Miley’s onscreen father on the Disney show “Hannah Montana.”

Miley Cyrus is definitely turning into a pop-dance diva from a pop princess with the debut of the sexy new video for “Who Owns My Heart,” the latest single from her most recent album “Can’t Be Tamed.” In the video, a pant-less Cyrus gyrates on her bed while primping for a night on the town. Once she arrives at a nightclub, the 17-year-old singer caresses her chest while she gropes older men on the dance floor.

You could interpret the main theme of the song/album as you like by watching this video, but according to MTV News, the singer officially commented, “It’s just about freeing yourself from anything you think is holding you back, and I think that’s really important, especially for girls, because so many people are told, ‘No, you can’t do something,’ or, ‘You need to be this because Mom and Dad say that, teachers say this.’”

The real question is: Who owns her heart?

This one absolutely kills me:  Miley Cyrus thinks she’s deeper than all of us.

In the newest issue of Teen Vogue, Miley talked a bit about her relationship with Liam Hemsworth. She said, “I think we’re both deeper than normal people — what they think and how they feel.”

Yes, Miley. You are a unique snowflake, just like every other teen celebrity manufactured by Disney. You’re also a phenomenal singer.

I hate to be so sarcastic, but it seems like she just keeps getting worse. Remember when she said “Alice in Wonderland” is about Ecstasy? Then there was this gem: “…everyone in Paris speaks French — maybe you knew that.” It just never ends.

I’m trying to find something positive to say in conclusion. She’s a teenager, after all, and they often say ridiculous things. For now, I guess we can blame it on naivete. Maybe she’ll grow out of it.

And “Up” for Best Animated Feature. It was such a strong year for animated features. “The Fantastic Mr. Fox” showed how magical stop-motion animation can be and “The Princess and the Frog” reminded us of how fun classic Disney hand drawn animation is. But “Up” was in a different league. The film’s emotionally ravaging first seven minutes was award-worthy enough, and when you throw in a talking dog…no contest.

Alec Baldwin and Steve Martin continue to dominate. Their back and forth is fun without feeling overly polished or rehearsed. Loved how they introduced Miley Cyrus and Amanda Seyfried. “Two girls who have no idea who we are.”

And yet another worthy winner, “The Weary Kind” for best song. No brainer as far as I am concerned. Just a gorgeous song.

How bad-ass is Robert Downey Jr.? Even playing the tool, he is always cool. Is it just me or should Hollywood get him and Tina Fey in a romantic comedy, like, right now? And I really liked how they presented the best original screenplay nominees. Letting you see the actors interpret the script…really cool.

What a stacked category. Honestly there is not a weak script in the bunch. Loved them all, though I have to say I am partial to “Inglorious Basterds.” What an ultra-fun script. And, as largely predicted, it is Mark Boal with “The Hurt Locker.” The film has picked up a ton of steam as the awards season has gone on and is now looking like a freight train that wont be stopped. Nice short and sweet acceptance speech for you.

There are a couple fun things happening, so here’s a mini round-up.

Soulja Boy spent Wednesday night in jail, MTV.com reported. He was arrested on charges of obstruction after Georgia police responded to a call about juveniles in an abandoned house and he fled the scene. The 19-year-old rapper was caught when he returned for his Ranger Rover. He was released Thursday morning on $550 bail.

Playboy will feature Marge Simpson on the cover and in a three-page spread in an issue out on Oct. 16. Why in the world, you ask? It’s the 20th anniversary of “The Simpsons.” According to EW.com, Marge’s nudity will be “implied nudity.”

And never fear, Miley hasn’t quit singing, acting or being annoying. But there will be a lesser degree of annoyance, because she’s deleted her Twitter account, the New York Daily News reported. Her last tweet said, “FYI Liam doesn’t have a Twitter and he wants ME to delete mine with good reason.” Seems like a good call on Liam’s part (he may or may not be her boyfriend, no one is sure), but her father is not happy. Billy Ray tweeted, “Miley. You are a light in a world of darkness. You were born ‘Destiny Hope Cyrus’ for a reason. You can’t leave everyone now. We r countin on u.”

Yes, Billy Ray. When war, the economy, poverty and corruption get me down, where will I turn for comfort without Miley?

Besides, everyone is too busy having a cow about Obama’s Nobel Peace Prize to even notice.

“The World According to Miley Cyrus” poses the question asked daily by celebrity bloggers and journalists: “is she capable of staying on the straight and narrow as her star continues to rise?” This DVD tries its hardest to convince the viewers that the young Disney starlet will not be led astray.

With the influence of father Billy Ray Cyrus, godmother Dolly Parton, and wholesome Christian values surrounding her, the film portrays Miley as a girl with a good head on her shoulders. “I’m in the good girl category and that’s where I want to stay” she says on the likelihood of her going the way of other former teen queens. The usual examples of Britney Spears and Lindsay Lohan as Disney girls gone bad are paraded out in comparison.

Rumors and gossip aside, the 16-year-old who shot to fame as Hannah Montana has been successful at building a solid career foundation for herself in show business. What she’s been particularly successful at is breaking away from her Disney persona. Miley is now very much a star in her own name instead of just the title character from her show. The character name shot her to fame, then through the show’s soundtracks Miley was able to sing as herself. With the Best of Both Worlds Tour, she performed both as Hannah and herself, inching toward completely breaking away from the persona. With the release of her first non-Hannah album “Breakout,” she further ensured a life in the limelight after the show’s end.

However, this film will leave viewers with several questions that have nothing to do with Miley’s future well-being. Why such poor audio quality on most of the interviews? People sound like they’re speaking through a tin can, and poor Emily Osment sounds like a chipmunk. Viewers may also wonder why they’re given a separate biography of Dolly Parton’s entire career. I additionally would like to know why the same clip of Tyra Banks running through a crowd of fans is shown over and over.

The bonus features have nothing to do with Miley Cyrus at all. They’re mini biographies of Chris Brown, Dakota Fanning, Vanessa Hudgens and Zac Efron. No attempt to connect these young stars to Cyrus is made at all other than mentioning that Efron and Hudgens are also Disney stars. Curiously enough, Hudgens’ nude photos that were leaked to the internet are mentioned, but not one word during the whole film about a similar scandal involving Cyrus and her scantily clad pictures that were also leaked online earlier this year.

In tween news – Disney starlets Miley Cyrus and Vanessa Hudgens have once again found themselves in way-too-adult situations.

The New York Daily News reported that Hudgens has a new batch of nude photos flying around the internet. The first time this happened in 2007, she made a public apology. There has been no apology this time, but her people claim that the pictures were taken when 20-year-old Hudgens was only 17. Not only does this give them legal fuel to make them disappear, it serves as a publicity move to show that the stripped star learned her lesson and has not actually repeated her mistake.

Meanwhile, Miley Cyrus was granted a restraining order to keep a crazed fan at bay, the NY Daily News reported.

The document says 53-year-old Mark McLeod “shall not harass, threaten, molest, contact or attempt to contact, or in any other manner interfere with Cyrus, any member of her family, her friends, and fellow employees.”

The stalker was arrested on June 22 when he tried to sneak onto a set in Georgia were Miley was filming. He also told police that Miley was responding to his hundreds of letters through secret messages in her Disney Channel show and website. He is currently being held at the Columbia County Detention Center and during his court appearance on Wednesday, his bond was set at $50,000.

After nine months of dating, Miley Cyrus ended things last week with underwear model Justin Gaston, according to E!.

Miley’s melancholy tweets over the past few days have hinted at this. ‚ E! is saying that‚ Miley’s rekindled friendship with ex-boyfriend Nick Jonas, and Justin’s ensuing jealousy, might have had something to do with the split.

Miley and Nick began spending a lot of time together for work, according to Twist, which was making Justin uncomforable.

Justin said, “Nick was trying to get her back the whole time,” E! reports.

Miley’s rep. is staying quiet on this one.

LOWELL — The line of teenage girls and chaperoning parents around Tsongas Arena in Lowell, Mass. Tuesday was a quarter of a mile long. Anyone walking to the end of it is a witness to every color in the neon rainbow “" on t-shirts, shoelaces, and even sections of hair. What could possibly have all of these scenesters lined up in a balmy 94 degree day? Only the wet dream of emo rock tours this summer “" The Believers Never Die Tour Part Deux.

As one dad stated while waiting in line with his daughter, “This is what it was like 20 years ago for us lining up for Ozzy and Motley Crue. They are all dressed up and so into it.”

The tour includes five acts starting with Hey Monday, Metro Station, All Time Low, Cobra Starship and is capitalized with pop-rock giants Fall Out Boy. The concert was completely sold out which means approximately 5,000 jubilant fans crammed into the floor pit of Tsongas while 1,500 their parents and the more claustrophobic fans fill out the arena seats circling the stage. Their screams grew louder and closer to pandemonium with each act that took the stage.

Hey Monday, the newest act to Pete Wentz’s Fueled By Ramen imprint label Decaydance, kept things light and exciting during the opening set but things began to get unkosher when Metro Station took the stage. Trace Cyrus (Yes, of the Miley relation “" her half brother) spent more time throwing his guitar than actually playing it (observation: there was never a time when he strummed and sang at the same time). The stands erupted when Cyrus took off his shirt right before the crowd favorite, “Shake It.” The intensity of the reaction caused one girl to be pulled out of the pit (which looked more like a squared off block of human sardines than actual people) unconscious and rushed backstage for medical attention.

Still, the most disturbing moment of the night came when All Time Low front man Alex Gaskarth requested that all willing girls to throw their bras on stage during the Virginia rockers’ set. Before he could finish the first verse there were dozens of undergarments being thrown on stage, which is even more unsettling when you realize that the mean age of everyone close to the stage is 14 and the sex Gaskarth offered for their undergarments is illegal in all 50 states. The ordeal has me extremely worried about the welfare and mentality of the upcoming concert-going generation.

After the All Time Low set there seemed to be a mass exodus of underage (and now unsupported) teenage girls, only to be replaced by a new crowd of slightly older — but still tripped out in neon — fans who seemed to flank from the wings to take their spots in the pit for the headlining acts.

Cobra Starship lead singer Gabe Saporta refrained from asking for lingerie (though one or two were still thrown at bassist Alex Suarez) and stuck to making jokes about swine flu and teaching the crowd the “international Cobra symbol” -”" throwing fangs up before ending with their flagship song “Snakes On a Plane” and fan favorite “Guilty Pleasure.”

It has to be said that Fall Out Boy lived up to their headlining position though. Their performance was decked out with background video, snare drummers in full SWAT attire and even a wardrobe change. The Chicago-based quartet rocked out for over an hour, playing songs from all four of their albums from the first, “Take This To Your Grave” to the December-released “Folie A Deux”.

Bassist Pete Wentz handled most of the between song banter, commenting on everything from political current events to a poster in the front row pleading “DON’T SELL OUT.” Wentz countered that the band never sold out, merely “bought in” “"- whatever that means.

Overall, it felt like two separate concerts where each band performed for their own respective audiences. There was always something to watch, which is all you could ask for from a show, but in some cases it felt like -”" for better or worse “"- the emphasis was more on the spectacle than the songs being presented. At the end of the night, despite a few disturbing moments, Believers Never Die turned out to be a thoroughly entertaining show and I’ll place a bet that it ends up being one of the most successful of the entire summer.

And the number 1 piece of knowledge you should come away with in January is:

Miley Cyrus is underage. And she will be for a while.

While it’s not nearly as bad as some of Britney Spears’ candid photos, or Paris Hilton’s commercially available sex tape, or Vanessa Hudgens’ naked drama, and thankfully the 15-year-old pop princess does not appear on this list, but Miley Cyrus, a.k.a. Hannah Montana may have had some pretty spicy photos show up online.

JustJared.com represents the photos to be accurate, leaked photos from the singer’s MySpace account.

BLAST could not independently verify the photos, but AOL News also reported the story.

The photos are a mixture of “beachy” bathing suit pics and lip-puckered underwear poses. There are also a number of other unidentified girls in the photos.

While suggestive, the photos are not explicit of pornographic, and don’t seem to be any worse than what most teenage and 20-something girls and women have on their MySpace profiles.

This could always, of course, just be a publicity stunt to draw attention to the growing superstar. Maybe she’s showing she can be one of the naughty girls too?

But, if the pictures are real, it’s more than likely just a bunch of random pics of Miley, who is, after all, a teenager.
