New Yorkers needing a java fix have a new hangout. Internationally acclaimed The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, which is nearly 50 years old, opens its first East Coast location today on 1412 Broadway at 39th Street in New York City. This is just the first of the Los Angeles-based coffee shop’s upcoming New York City locations, where coffee and tea lovers can sip on The Bean’s (as it’s affectionately known) famous Arabica coffee, which is custom roasted in small batches in California, enjoy its hand-plucked whole leaf teas, and munch on its freshly baked goods.

NEW YORK — According to the Associated Press, Will Smith was forced to relocate the gigantic trailer on Wednesday when shooting “Men in Black III” since residents of Manhattan’s Soho district had complained that the 53-foot double-decker trailer was extremely taking up too much space in their neighborhood and the trailer was releasing the noise and fumes. That afternoon, Columbia Pictures removed the trailer and the film is still scheduled to continue shooting in the area through Friday.

When New York Post asked Smith about the issue, however, he couldn’t stop laughing and said “It’s hilarious,” the source reported.

A statement from Mayor’s Office of Film, Theater and Broadcasting officially stated, “To balance the interests of the production and the neighborhood, we have instructed ‘Men in Black 3’ to relocate the trailer to a private lot.”

Pamper yourself from the comfort of home with the professional-grade products from Sothy’s international French spas.‚ The new At Home Spa Kits are targeted for sensitive, normal or oily skin types to indulge and refresh without having to make an appointment or kick of your slippers. Plus, the do-it-yourself aspect makes this option a little more wallet friendly than a full spa experience.

This month, one Blast reader will win a kit of their choice, worth $140, and, in keeping with a French theme, a $50 gift certificate to Manhattan’s Bruno Jamais Restaurant Club in New York City.
The contest is open to US and Canadian Residents only. Email us your information at Giveaways@BlastMagazine.com by December 31 to enter and please indicate your skin type.

Although not yet FDA approved, the company has been using the products in their international spas and in New York City spas for years. Here’s a break-down of what each kit includes.
