Kim Kardashian’s estranged husband, Kris Humphries, is now claiming he was her “pawn” in a grand publicity scheme, according to TMZ.  With these new accusations, Humphries is serving Kardashian with annulment papers based on fraud, as opposed to her file for divorce.

“He was just slotted in the plot line of Kim Kardashian’s latest headline and newest business venture,” said a source close to Humphries, according to TMZ.

He is also saying that he is outraged by claims that he knew about the scam.  He claims he would never involve his childhood priest and church in a scam such as this.

Kim fired back by telling her friends that she is “incredulous” over Humphries’ publicity stunt claims, saying that if this were true, she would have done it on a grander scale.

The reality star said she would have made it “way better.”

“I’m no dummy.  The divorce would have been just as dramatic and dragged out as the wedding,” Kardashian said according to TMZ’s reports.

Kardashian cites her and her mother’s marketing genius as the main reason the wedding wasn’t a publicity stunt.  The star said her image has suffered from the affair, and she would never put herself in jeopardy like this.

Now, the battle rages on and only time will tell who will win.

E! network‘s plans for a Kardashian Khristmas special have been cancelled, leaving the public to only wonder “What if?”. The holiday special was pulled due to Kim Kardashian’s divorce from her 72-day husband, Kris Humphries. An insider said “It didn’t look promising due to schedule conflicts, but once Kim’s divorce happened it was definitely not possible”.

Jonathan Jaxson, a former publicist of Kim Kardashian’s, has called out the reality television star’s wedding as a media stunt. He claimed, “She knew weeks before getting married she didn’t want to do it. She’s never gotten over [ex Reggie Bush].”

Jaxson, who was Kardashian’s publicist from 2007 to 2009, in the midst of her sex tape scandal, brought up instances in the past where she did certain things in order to appeal to the media. However, he appears to have issues with the star, as he was let go after a dispute over money.

Whether or not the rumors about Kim Kardashian’s marriage to Kris Humphries are actually valid, concern about the whole situation seems as though it is not going away.

After days of explanations and emotional declarations of love for her family and their support, Kim Kardashian finally met with her soon to be ex-husband, Kris Humphries. This was the first time she had seen him since she announced that she was filing for divorce on October 31.

The former socialite traveled to Minnesota to talk to Humphries, who has apparently been staying there since he and Kardashian separated. According to E! News, a source said “He doesn’t want a war. He’s laying low.”

Other sources told TMZ that the two will be meeting with the pastor that married them while Kardashian is there, presumably to discuss the divorce.

It was the shock heard ’round the world: Kim Kardashian files for divorce. Boom! Immediately after the news hit, the internet was aflutter with talk about what went wrong and the lessons we mere mortals could take away from their connubial downfall. I’m going to hop on that bandwagon and offer my perspective.

1. Don’t always believe what you see and therefore don’t envy what you see

Hollywood is full of deception. One such falsehood it perpetuates is the perfect, fairytale relationships of its celebrity inhabitants, the endless coverage of which is at once addictive and nauseating: Hollywood lovers on perfect dates, wearing perfect clothes, on perfect vacations, looking perfectly. They gush about each other in magazine interviews and mug happily for the paparazzi. What glamorous lives, what gorgeous couples – they must all be so perfectly happy! It isn’t long, though, before we’re shaken from our delusional daydreams by the words “irreconcilable differences.”

Hollywood’s not the only architect of artifice. The advent of social media gives us all the ability to create these illusions, in just a few clicks of a mouse no less. Facebook is one of the worst offenders, a veritable avatar for perfect lives and perfect weddings and perfect homes and perfect children who never cry and always look like little darlings. (I liken these saccharine displays of social chest-puffing to the Class Notes section of my alma mater’s alumni magazine, in which my classmates – who are either on the brink of curing cancer or on the path to becoming the next Supreme Court Justice or are popping out kids with wild abandon – have an uncanny ability to make me feel completely inadequate.)

And so it’s not just celebrity couples who we come to falsely envy for their supposed perfect, picturesque relationships. We do this with everyday couples all around us. We build them into things they’re not, and wonder if our own relationships measure up. The truth, though, is that we should never believe what we see – we’re not privy to what goes on behind closed doors in other people’s relationships. We don’t know if a couple has constructed a facade of sparkles and rainbows in order to hide the fact that they may in fact be struggling. I learned that valuable lesson a few years ago when, out at a bar, I saw a man I knew all over some woman, who just so happened wasn’t his wife. But what about the ad nauseum pronouncements of their perfect love; what about that fabulous vacation they just took, in which they looked so mind-numbingly happy? I had been so envious of what I thought they had when in reality it was an illusion.

It’s easy to be envious of others, to covet what they have – or what we think they may have. Quite often, though, those seemingly perfect couples have issues. Case in point: Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries, or the couple on Facebook you’ve been admiring. Making comparisons to other couples is pointless and unproductive. And doing so doesn’t get us anywhere closer to being happy within our own relationships.

Focus on and treasure what you have with your partner; celebrate what’s great about your relationship.

2. Fools Rush In

I know what you’re going to say: You heard a story about your friend’s brother’s painter’s lawyer’s doctor’s proctologist’s veterinarian, who married her husband six months after meeting him. But here’s the deal: That’s not going to happen to you. OK, maybe it will. But the odds are against it and there are plenty of reasons, anyway, as to why you should wait. I have no doubt Kris Humphries and Kim Kardashian fell in love (and major lust!) with each other, but there was hardly any way for the two of them to know, after six months of dating, especially given their lifestyles, if it was the type of love that could last for the long haul. They barely knew each other. They had no history together to be able to say: “We know we can get through something difficult as a couple because we already went through x, y, and z together.” While I’d like to think just being in love can get you through the worst of times, realistically speaking, I think you need to experience a few downs with someone to know if that love has long-term potential.

Just recently, Kim Kardashian released a statement regarding the demise of her relationship: “I want a family and babies and a real life so badly that maybe I rushed into something too soon. I believed in love and the dream of what I wanted so badly. I felt like I was on a fast roller coaster and couldn’t get off when now I know I probably should have.” This appears to be a classic example of someone wanting something so desperately that they’re not even sure what they’re signing up for. They have the end goal in sight but aren’t thinking rationally about the present moment. Had she put the reins on the relationship a bit and experienced a longer courtship, perhaps she would have realized (before spending the GDP of a small, third world nation on her wedding) that Kris Humphries wasn’t the right person for her. Hindsight is always 20/20.

3. Beauty doesn’t bring relationship happiness

Kim Kardashian may be one of the most preternaturally beautiful creatures in existence (that hair, those eyes, those cheekbones!), and Kris Humphries may be an Adonis in his own right, but as the erudite Yoda would say: “A happy relationship that does not make.” It can be hard not to be just a tad bit envious of someone so stunning; when you realize, though, how little beauty means in terms of personal contentment envy becomes a much easier pill to swallow.

The most beautiful people might even have it the toughest: Do their mates truly love them for who they are at their very core, or do they just want them for that shiny, delicious-looking exterior? I remember Kim Kardashian saying something early on in her infatuation with Kris Humphries, before even meeting him, about wanting to have his babies on account of his good looks. While that kind of a comment makes for a good tweet, it smacks of superficiality. Sure, it’s important to be attracted to your mate, but it’s equally as important to be reminded that a relationship based primarily on a person’s hotness quotient is a precarious tightrope to walk.

4. Money doesn’t buy relationship happiness

“While money can’t buy happiness, it certainly lets you choose your own form of misery.” – Groucho Marx

It’s also hard not to be envious of Kim Kardashian’s lifestyle, until we realize that it’s actually quite easy. With millions of dollars coming in and the glitz and glamor of a relationship between an NBA star and a not-sure-why-exactly-you’re-famous star, we were fooled (once again) into believing the fairytale. Then, divorce ensues, the veil of perfection is lifted, and we are reminded (once again) of the false promises of money. Sure, it may make life easier in certain ways, if we have a lot of it, but it can never fill emotional voids. Take the majority of Bravo’s Housewives: Despite gobs of money coming out their surgically enhanced wazoos, most of them seem pretty miserable.

5. Know thyself

Let’s refer back to the aforementioned quote Kim Kardashian gave about her desire for babies and family, a sentiment I’ve heard her make countless times before. These declarations certainly make for good interview soundbites and TV footage, but unfortunately, her actions and choices in her love life don’t seem to ever match her words.

In my early to mid-twenties I was guilty of doing the same thing. I’d continually squawk about wanting to settle down and my desire for intimacy, yet the only type of men I went for either lived far away or were commitmentphobes. I’d complain and cry and stomp my feet, always blaming everyone else for my relationship woes, everyone but myself – it was easier to pass the buck than look inward at my own issues. In retrospect, I don’t think I was at all ready for real intimacy during this period of my life. There’s a great book I read during this tumultuous time, titled “He’s Scared; She’s Scared” by Steven Carter and Julia Sokol. One of the ideas they focused on was “passive avoidance,” the notion that people passively avoid commitment by pursuing unavailable mates. It was pretty incisive.

I have no idea what Kim’s issues really are; however, I do know that saying you want the trifecta – love, commitment, and family – doesn’t necessarily mean you’re ready for it or that it’s even deep down what you actually want or that you know how to get there. Take some time to figure yourself out; when you have a better understanding, you’ll be in a position to make better choices.

6. For the love of God, exercise some monetary discretion

A day after filing for a divorce from her 72-day marriage, Kim Kardashian claims to have not married Kris Humphries for personal gain. On her website, she writes “I married for love. I can’t believe I even have to defend this. I would not have spent so much time on something just for a TV show!”

Despite her marriage lasting less than three months, Kardashian insists that rumors of her wedding resulting in her own financial gain are only rumors. She says ”There are also reports that I made millions of dollars off of the wedding. These reports are simply not true and it makes me so sad to have to even clarify this. I’m so grateful to everyone who took the time to come to my wedding, and I’ll be donating the money for all the gifts to the Dream Foundation”.

October 31 has some significance for Kim and Kris.

It’s the day Kim Kardashian filed for divorce against Kris Humphries after less than three months of marriage.

It’s also the anniversary of the day the couple met at the Izod Center in NJ when she noticed the 6’9″ forward for the New Jersey Nets. She thought he was “cute” at the time, TMZ reported.

TMZ reported that Kim initiated a meeting with Kris, and they hit it off. For a little bit, of course.

Kim Kardashian filed for divorce from her husband of just two months on Monday morning.  Kardashian and Kris Humphries were married for 72 days, and have already developed “irreconcilable differences,” according to TMZ.

Kardashian hit Humphries with papers for dissolution of marriage, but he reportedly wasn’t expecting it.  Although the two had talked about divorce, Humphries tried to save the relationship because of his religion, TMZ reports.

The main reason cited by TMZ for the divorce was Kris’s alleged “fame chasing.“  Although he claimed to want a “simple life” with Kim in Minnesota, Kardashian’s friends say he’s lying.  The sources claim that when their marriage began to deteriorate, Humphries launched into “Hollywood mode” and began talking about branding his name through cologne, nightclub appearances and the likes.  He even hired a Hollywood publicist over the weekend.

The pair was married on August 20 in a “Fairy Tale” wedding (widely televised, obviously), which cost about $10 million.  Rumors are now swirling that the whole relationship was a hoax, and done solely for publicity.

Kim has hired divorce lawyer extraordinaire, Laura Wasser, who has represented celebs such as Britney Spears, Maria Shriver, Angelina Jolie, Ryan Reynolds and Robyn Gibson.

In the second-most followed wedding of the year (the royal wedding) Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries tied the knot.

Kim Kardashian and basketball star Kris Humphries are set to wed tonight in a private, very exclusive ceremony.

500 guests are expected at the private canyon estate in Montecito, but the guest list had to be cut down because of fire safety concerns, reports the Baltimore Sun.

“50 (guests were bumped) because the fire marshal had to cut it down,” said KISS FM’s Ellen K. “I guess the calls had to be made personally by him.”

Bruce Jenner, Kardashian’s stepfather, will walk her down the aisle in place of the late Robert Kardashian, although the ceremony will pay tribute to him.

Kardashian’s wedding dress was designed by Vera Wang, however she is expected to make several wardrobe changes throughout the night.

Many celebrities, such as Lady Gaga, Justin Timberlake, Kim Kardashian, Alicia Keys and Usher, signed off from Facebook and Twitter on World AIDS Day on December 1, promising to quit social networking until Keep a Child Alive’s “Buy Life” charity campaign had raised a total of $1 million. “I’m digitally dying tonite for WORLD AIDS DAY, this is my last tweet & testament,” he wrote.

However, Usher was back on Twitter when the charity had only raised $299,000 on December 5th. Some fans were very excited to have him on Twitter again and others were wondering if he could tweet although other fellow celebrities have been still digitally dead.

The Hartford Courant reports that the State of Connecticut is currently investigating the prepaid debit card endorsed by the Kardashian sisters, called “Kardashian Kard,” for its alleged “predatory fees.”

The state’s Attorney General Richard Blumenthal, who was recently elected US Senator, l told the source that users of the Kardashian Kard were charged with numerous and excessive fees which are not usually associated with legitimate debit cards.

The card is originally issued by the University National Bank in Minnesota and the sisters believed that it has conformed to all laws and regulations, but they have withdrawn their endorsement of the card bearing their name due to the investigation for now.

Their lawyer issued a statement saying that how much effort the sisters put into the card. It says, “The Kardashians have worked extremely long and hard to create a positive public persona that appeals to everyone, particularly young adults … Unfortunately, the negative spotlight turned on the Kardashians as a result of the Attorney General’s comments and actions threatens everything for which they have worked.”

Many celebrities, including Justin Timberlake, Lady Gaga, Usher, Jennifer Hudson, Ryan Seacrest, Kim and Khloe Kardashian, Elijah Wood, Serena Williams, Janelle Monae and Swizz Beatz are getting ready for a new campaign called “Digital Life Sacrifice,” which will benefit Alicia Keys’ AIDS charity, “Keep a Child Alive.” The charity organization was started in 2003 in order to support people in Africa and India who are affected by HIV/AIDS.

This is how this works. They will sign off social media sites, such as Facebook and Twitter starting Wednesday, which is World AIDS Day. And, they will not come back until the charity campaign raises $1 million.

Alicia Keys told the Associated Press, “It’s really important and super-cool to use mediums that we naturally are on.”

According to US Magazine, one the next episode of “Keeping Up with the Kardashians,” Kim Kardashian fields a terse phone call from former beau Reggie Bush.

“Literally, it’s fucking driving me crazy,” Bush tells Kardashian.

Kim Kardashian is turning 30, but it didn’t go so great for her last night during her birthday bash at Tao Las Vegas because he cut herself with her silver spiked Louboutins on her way to the party.

According to E! Online, Kardashian said, “I accidentally spiked myself and cut my own foot. It was bleeding and I had to stop and clean it up!”

Besides the Kardashian sisters, who dropped dollar bills from their balcony, Trina and Kelly Rowland also joined the birthday girl last night.

She tweeted, “The festivities have started! One white russian coming up! Hmm who can I drunk dial tonight?”

Kim also commented about the naked pictures in W magazine.

“Being naked is always really vulnerable and scary,” she said. “I loved how the images turned out!”

Well-endowed beauty and reality television star Kim Kardashian is baring at all in print again. This time, the brunette bombshell with the big butt is on the cover of W Magazine with nothing but a few text boxes between you and … well, her.

“I used to think, I have to be this or that or skinny,” Kardashian said in an interview with the magazine. “Because of the show, everyone is embracing just me, which has given me such a confidence.”

Kim Kardashian, 29, had a drink thrown over her in New York’s Juliet Supper Club last night while filming scenes for her new reality show Kim and Kourtney Take New York with sisters Kourtney and Khloe, and Kourtney’s boyfriend Scott Disick.

According to TVNZ, Kardashian said she wanted to address the bar fight because everyone had been asking her if she was ok.

The source reports, “Last night, Kourtney, Scott, Khloe and I went out to a bar to have a fun night on Khloe’s last night in New York. A drunk male fan came up to me and asked to take a picture, and I obliged, but his girlfriend, who was also drunk, got a little out of hand,” she said.

So, basically, when the male fan asked for a picture with Kardashian, his girlfriend flew off the handle and threw a drink at her. What a disappointing behavior!

Kardashian said she was lucky to have Disick and Kourtney there to protect her.

“None of us were drinking and we just wanted a fun family night out, but when people see the cameras rolling, they try to get attention and I guess that’s what happened when the drunk girl saw that we were filming Kim and Kourtney take New York,” Kardashian continued.

But Kardashian said she was “totally fine” after the incident.

“I always take the high road, so we all left straight after and didn’t feed into their drama,” she commented.

Also, TMZ has a video that shows the Kardashians leaving the club, covering their faces, as they beat a hasty retreat. It is actually very sad. Jealousy shouldn’t be a good friend of yours.

There have been a couple reasons floating around for Kim Kardashian and Reggie Bush’s break up. Some say it was a maturity issue, others say Kim was pressuring Reggie to get married. This rumor, however, makes it much more interesting.

A supposedly reliable source told MediaTakeOut.com the real reason:  Kim was hooking up with Kanye West.

Apparently, Reggie was using Kim computer when some IMs from Kanye popped up. In an extra-classy move, Reggie pretended to be Kim and found out that she and Kanye have been bumping uglies (well, maybe not uglies in Kim’s case) for months. When Reggie confronted Kim, she admitted to the affair and he dumped her.

Whether it’s believable or not, that reason is far juicier than maturity differences.

After Kim Kardashian wrapped up her naked photo shot for Harper’s Bazaar, she took a few moments to grab a kitten by the scruff of its neck and take a few photos for her Twitter followers.

That angered PETA.

A PETA spokesman told New York Daily News that "Kim Kardashian isn’t the only person who mistakenly" thought that just because "a mother cat picks up her kittens by the scruff of the neck" that there’s no need to support the cat with your other hand but they bet "plenty of fans have let her know."

For her part, Kim said she’d never harm an animal.

We already know all about their love lives, their sex lives, their modeling lives and even their business lives, but we suppose there’s still more to tell.

Kim Kardashian, the reality star, etc. etc. etc. and her sisters are writing a tell-all book, Kim told an Australian newspaper recently.

The 29-year-old Kim, who’s made headlines for her sex tape with Ray J and her recent break-up with NFL star Reggie Bush and has reportedly been spotted with footballer Cristiano Ronaldo, is planning to put pen to paper to detail her life along with her sisters, Khloe and Kourtney.

‘It’s going to [have] lots of fun tips and stories and everything about relationships; it’s a little bit more of an in-depth look into our lives, even though people think that they’ve probably seen everything,” Kim told the newspaper. "We’re just being super-candid and sharing lots of pictures and fun stuff."

We can’t wait to see what they’re like when they’re “candid.”

Reggie Bush is out of the picture for Kim Kardashian, but it looks like she’s not “enjoying the single life,” as everyone advises their best friends when they go through a breakup.

Kim was spotted being hot and heavy in Madrid with soccer icon Cristiano Ronaldo.

According to reports, the two were seen kissing at a restaurant called El Dorado.

They met a while back in Los Angeles, and reconnected in Europe. Not sure how serious this is, but time will tell.

Well, seeing Kim Kardashian naked is nothing new. But speaking as someone who’s met her in real life, I can say that she’s actually attractive even if you take away the television cameras and airbrushes.

(And I’m not even going to comment on that whole Ray J thing — except to say that I think the Kardashian girls need to pick new men. Regular men. Perhaps a journalist?)

But the news right now is that Kim has posed nude for Harper’s Bazaar, and the photo is (above) unretouched. You see her in all her curvy nature.

The series also features Joy Bryant and British beauty Amanda de Cadenet.

Tonight at 11, G4′s new “Campus PD” comedy starts about college police departments. The big fall finale tonight is “Glee” on FOX at 9. Bravo’s “Top Chef Part 2″ also airs its finale tonight at 10.

After 54 years, CBS is canceling the soap opera “As the World Turns,” which will air its last episode next September. The shows producers, run by a subsidiary of Procter and Gamble (see: Soap!) said they are looking for a new channel to host the show. Over the past half century, there have been more than 13,000 episodes created to the tune of 58 Emmy Awards. It launched the careers of James Earl Jones, Meg Ryan, Marisa Tomei and many others.

Staying in the daytime realm for a second, “The Bonnie Hunt Show” is getting canceled — the 2-year-old talk show will cease production in May.

Season 4 of “Keeping up with the Kardashians” will premiere on E! on Sunday at 10 p.m.

If you weren’t already intrigued by the 5’7″ and under height restriction for Cycle 13 of “America’s Next Top Model,” you can now look forward to some famous fashionista’s as guest judges.

People reported today that fashion-forward reality TV stars Lauren Conrad and Kim Kardashian will appear as ANTM judges on September 16 and October 21, respectively. As usual, every episode will feature a guest judge from the fashion universe, but now the panel will be without a forth permenant judge. Paulina Porizkova – who filled the same former model role as Janice Dickinson and Twiggy – was ousted by producers citing the bad economy.

No matter who sits at the judges’ table, we’re likely to get plenty of guilty laughs as the “short” girls struggle to be taken seriously. But as Tyra said, “sometimes good things come in small packages.”

Better yet, she’s choosing what shoes to send to the members who pay to receive new, of the moment, shoes delivered to their door. Many of us will benefit from not going to the stores and fighting for those heel deals, I’m just not sure our closets will be too happy.

Kardashian teamed up with LegalZoom founders, Robert Shapiro and Brian Lee, to deliver clientele trendy, affordable shoes every month. ShoeDazzle.com taps into the expertise of Hollywood stylists who recommend shoes for customers based on people’s fashion personality as determined by the site’s “style sensibility questionnaire.” The site offers a highly personalized shopping experience at the affordable price of $39 per pair, including shipping.

To learn more about the site, and of course about the shoes, Ms. Kardashian herself, Co-Founder and Chief Fashion Stylist, spoke to Blast about the endeavor.

Blast: In knowing that you have very good fashion instincts but also high fashion taste, what led you to create a site that offered fashionable but most importantly, affordable foot wear?

KIM KARDASHIAN: I love high fashion but am equally a fan of stores like H&M and Forever 21; so looking good doesn’t always mean you have to spend a million bucks. I started ShoeDazzle because I know that all women love shoes, and with the economy the way it is right now, some people feel like they have to forgo fashion trends because they don’t have the means to buy the styles they want.

BLAST: You wear great outfits and have experience with clothes, why focus on shoes; and, is there a plan to expand on this idea to introduce new items?

KK: ShoeDazzle.com gives women a way to wear their favorite trends, and have a Hollywood stylist choose shoes for them for $39. It can’t get much better than that. I already have the clothing store I share with my sisters, DASH, and my closet re-organizing business. It just seemed like a natural fit to add shoes into the mix-especially because I love them so much.

BLAST: Where did the concept to create a “quiz” where women can tell their preferences and then be updated on what is in stock for them via e-mails come from?

KK: We knew that in order to provide custom shoe choices for each member we were going to have to find out more about the member and her individual style. What better way to do it than with a quiz? To me, the style sensibility quiz on the site is sort of a mix between a questionnaire on a dating site and one of those entertaining quizzes in women’s magazines. The mix of the two allows us to find out about each customer while also keeping it brief and fun to take.

BLAST: What do you hope customers will enjoy the most from your new business?

KK: For me, the best part of ShoeDazzle.com is the personal shopping experience and the chance to be paired with a Hollywood stylist that picks shoes for you. That is a service that can cost hundreds of dollars and something that most women just don’t have access to.

BLAST: How has the relationship with your partners made the product better?

KK: I’ve known Bob Shapiro for a long time. He’s a close family friend and a really smart guy, which makes him wonderful to work with. And the fact that he and Brian Lee, our other partner, had such success with the Legal Zoom concept made me feel confident that they knew how to bring the right technical experience to make ShoeDazzle work the best it could.

BLAST: Why would you recommend your site and what would be the one piece of advice you give to costumers who are putting together an outfit?

KK: I’d recommend ShoeDazzle because everyone woman deserves some personalized attention when it comes to shopping, and hey, you can never have to many shoes.
