Jennifer Lopez told Vanity Fair that she initiated the split from husband Marc Anthony. The news of their divorce last month was a surprise to the industry and fans alike. Said Lopez, “It’s not that I didn’t love myself before. Sometimes we don’t realize that we are compromising ourselves. To understand that a person is not good for you, or that that person is not treating you in the right way, or that he is not doing the right thing for himself if I stay, then I am not doing the right thing for me. I love myself enough to walk away from that now.”

New “American Idol” judge Jennifer Lopez’s new single “On the Floor” leaked online this past weekend. The tune was produced by RedOne, known as Lady Gaga’s collaborator, and features Pitbull. This summer, she is going to release a new album “Love?” which is also her first work from Def Jam.
