According to Larry ” Major Nelson” Hyrb’s latest update, Alan Wake is coming to Xbox Live’s Games on Demand service on November 23rd.

Though no concrete pricing information was given, it’s expected that the digital download of the version will be available for a cheap $19.99, which may entice gamers who were hesitant to pick up the title at full retail price.

The timing of Alan Wake’s Games on Demand service is an interesting one, as most titles hit the digital download scene a year after release or later — Wake was released only six months ago.

Banjo Kazooie: Nuts and Bolts, the Xbox 360-exclusive action/platformer/vehicle-builder, made its way to the Games on Demand section of Xbox Live today just begging you to download and play it.

At $19.99 and about 6GB of HDD space, it’s a pretty attractive prospect, especially if you’ve yet to experience a next-gen Banjo game.

Did you miss out on Electronic Arts’ horendously frightful “Dead Space”? If you did, and have an Xbox 360, Microsoft has quite a deal for you.

Added to the Games on Demand section of the Xbox Live Marketplace today was Dead Space and best of all, it’s up there priced at only $19.99.

The game, which released a little over a year ago, runs in full-on 1080p, and is comprised of strategically dismembering hungry creatures among other tasks, in order to stay alive.

The digital copy Microsoft is selling clocks in at 6GB, so we hope your hard drive is beefy enough to handle it.

At $19.99, the title should be pretty attractive, seeing as GameStop sells a used copy for just $2 less, at $17.99, and this is brand new and runs off your hard drive. But the choice is, as always, yours.

Dead Space — Xbox 360 Games on Demand.

Rockstar’s award-winning open-world, do whatever the f*ck you want game, Grand Theft Auto: IV, arrived on the Xbox 360 Games On Demand service today.

No longer will you‚  have to burn precious fossil fuels or deal with pesky red lights or store associates.

For $29.99, a digital copy of the game is y-o-u-r-s. That’s the same price as the retail version of the game and only $5 more than a used copy at GameStop.

The download will take up a whopping 7GB of your hard drive, but it’s GTA IV, come on now.

The Xbox 360 Games on Demand service is a nice feature. Instead of owning a physical disc, you own a digital copy that plays from your hard drive without using the disc drive at all. The result is a much appreciated quieter Xbox and less worry of your machine overheating.

It’s a sure-fire bet that digital distribution is the way of the future, but for those already embracing it, Microsoft plans to add 6 more titles to its growing catalogue of games on the Games-on-Demand service by the end of the month.

The list is comprised of all winners, but Microsoft made no mention of price, which is more than likely the most determining factor. As always, when we hear, you’ll know.

Microsoft continues to add to its “Games on Demand” digital download service today with the addition of the award winning underwater FPS BioShock and the epic strategy game Sid Meier’s Civilization Revolution.

Both titles will set you back $29.99 and about 5GB of hard drive space, but if you’re sporting a brand new $299 120GB Elite Xbox 360 model, you’ll have no problem fitting them.

With the addition of these two titles, the “Games on Demand” section has some exciting titles among its ranks including Assassin’s Creed, LEGO Star Wars: TCS, Kameo, Battlefield: Bad Company, Mass Effect, Burnout Paradise, The Elder Scrolls: Oblivion, Need For Speed Pro Street and Carbon, and many more.

BioShock, Civilization Revolution added to Games on Demand
