Britney Spears’ latest album “Femme Fatale” debuted at #1 on the Billboard 200 Albums chart, which is considered as her sixth #1 album, with 276,000 copies sold.

Wiz Khalifa’s “Rolling Papers” got the #2 spot of the week, with 197,000 units sold. Also, Adele’s “21” got the #3 position.

Chris Brown appeared on BET’s “106 & Park” Wednesday night and apologized for the outburst after the interview with Robin Roberts on “Good Morning America” Tuesday morning.

He said, “First of all, I want to apologize to anybody who was startled in the office, or anybody who was offended or really looked, and (was) disappointed at my actions, because I’m disappointed in the way I acted. (I had to release) the anger that I had inside of me.”

He added, “Yes, I got very emotional. And I apologize for acting like that.”

Roberts also said on Wednesday on the ABC’s morning show, “I wish him the absolute best. We extended the invitation to him (to come back), and sure hope he takes us up on it because I’d sure love to have another chat with him.”

However, she added, “Any time we have a guest, we let them know ahead of time the subject matter and the topics. And even right before the interview I let him know. I was shocked like everyone else, because we’ve had a wonderful relationship. I’ve been to his home, he’s very gracious, and we’ve had easy conversation.”

Robin Roberts had hounded him about his attack on Rihanna.

Brown appeared on the show Tuesday morning in order to promote his new album, “F.A.M.E.,” which came out on the same day. However, Roberts repeatedly asked him about the 2009 attack on Rihanna even though Brown told her, “This album is what I want them to talk about and not what happened two years ago.”

After the interview, Brown performed. He was scheduled to perform another song but he went to his dressing room and started smashing things, the source reported.

ABC News released a statement and said, “As always, we ask questions that are relevant and newsworthy, and that’s what we did in this interview with Mr. Brown.”

The singer tweeted after the incident, “I’m so over people bringing this past s**t up!!! Yet we praise Charlie sheen and other celebs for there bulls**t. Thank you to everyone who supports my music!!! Key Word (music) !!! Love y’all. All my fans!!! This album is for you and only you!!! I’m so tired of everyone else!! Honestly!! I love team breezy!!”

Singer Chris Brown, 21, has completed a domestic violence counseling program required as part of the singer’s guilty plea to assaulting ex-girlfriend Rihanna.

According to the Associated Press, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Patricia Schnegg congratulated the singer for finishing the yearlong program Friday, and now he does not have to check in court every three months for progress report hearings.

The judge said she would consider lifting the protective order against Brown at a later date. The current order requires Brown to stay at least 100 yards away from Rihanna.

I remember wondering why my theater’s poster for this movie was blank. Turns out there was very little worth showing, nothing you haven’t already seen in cops and robbers movies for as along as you’ve been watching them.

Speaking of which, is it really that entertaining at this point in history to watch a bunch of well-dressed guys steal the money people have entrusted to banks? Haven’t we just spent the past two years feeling like we’ve been ripped off by a gangs of cocky suits with no morals?

"Takers" suffers from an abundance of problems: the all-too-familiar, clipped, tough guy dialogue over a pump-up soundtrack, Matt Dillon as a flavorless L.A.P.D. detective (he bucks his bosses, is loyal to his partner, squints, and grits his teeth), Hayden Christianson as apparently some kind of tough guy—but the heart of the problem is in fact, a sympathy gap.

The best American crime movies — Bonnie and Clyde for example, play on moral ambiguity. We know stealing is wrong, but on the other hand, it’s attractive to watch someone break the rules in a particularly ballsy or clever way, and suddenly have enough money to make their dreams come true. In fact, the fantasy plays into the American Dream myth: work hard at something, take a big risk, be inventive and you can transcend class extremely quickly. Robbers become rugged individualists who distinguish themselves from the herd by aggressively claiming what they want without following anyone else’s rules. It’s fun to spend a couple of hours imagining that this could work—and cathartic to see that in the end, it can’t.

"Takers," however, doesn’t mess around with moral ambiguity or the meaning behind crimes and punishments in any interesting way. Its gang of thieves, Jake and Jesse Attica, (Michel Ealy and Chris Brown) Gordon Jennings (Idris Elba) John Rahway (Paul Welker) Max (Gaius Charles), and A.J. (Hayden Christianson) should have it made after they pull off a nearly flawless heist in the film’s first few scenes. They celebrate in style, and as Jake tenderly proposes marriage to his girlfriend (Zoe Saldana) in the dim blue light of a lavish hotel bar, over strains of soulful piano jazz provided by gang mate, A.J., they start to get a little interesting. They seem like o.k. guys who did one bad thing.

Then Ghost (T.I.) shows up. He’s a shadier-seeming crook who, it turns out, went to prison working on one of their last jobs (apparently they did more than one bad thing). None of them trust him, but when he offers them a shot at another big payoff in the form of an armored car robbery he’s been orchestrating from prison, they deliberate for about two seconds (it’s a against their rules to do two jobs in the same year) before one of them takes the bait and pressures the others who fall like dominoes.

The second they do, you know more or less how the next hour-and-half is going to go. They’re going to regret their greed, turn on one another, probably loose at least a guy or two. The worst part is though now that you’ve already seen what they’d do with the money and then watched them fail the moral test, there’s no reason to care very much about what happens next. Of course Matt Dillon is hot on their train as tough L.A. Cop, Jack Welles, but there’s not much to care about there either. It’s like watching two countries you’ve never heard of compete in the World Cup: there might be a few minutes of good action, but is it worth it if you don’t really care who wins?

I will say that Chris Brown (who is hard to root for other reasons) is given one very long, very cool, on-foot chase scene, in which he bounds in and out of buildings like Spiderman. Once that ended, so did my interest in the movie.

There are a lot of bad people out there. A whole lot, actually. Celebrities pale in comparison to most of them, but let’s be honest, they’re much more fun to watch. Rich, pretty and talented (but not necessarily all three) people are regularly screwing up on a national and global stage. Most of it is forgivable, some of it isn’t, but all of it makes roll our eyes and shake out heads. And so because we can never get enough of captivating train wreck that is fame, here are the top 10 worst people in Hollywood (in no particular order).

Chris Brown

Everyone has pretty much moved on from the Chris Brown drama. It was a lot harder for Rihanna to move on, though, and that’s why Brown is one of the worst people in Hollywood. The seemingly squeaky clean R&B singer was arrested for and convicted of assaulting then-girlfriend Rihanna before the 2009 Grammy’s. He’s since tried to clean up his image by apologizing and laying low, but after the world saw photos of Rihanna’s facial bruises, he’s not likely to succeed.

Tiger Woods

He may not technically be in Hollywood, but Tiger Woods is a major celebrity. Unfortunately, that celebrity has only recently reached Hollywood status with the revelation that he’s cheated on wife Elin Nordegren countless times. The number is certainly ambiguous, since a steady stream of hotties have claimed they’re among the ranks, but estimates are around 20. Not only is that a horrible thing to do to Elin, it’s a terrible thing that his baby son Charlie will have to reckon with someday. Of course, he’s apologized and tried to scrape up some dignity by returning to golf, but it’s fairly certain he’ll never live this down. A cheater is scum; a cheater times 20-something … there aren’t appropriate words for that.

Kate Gosselin

This woman just can’t control herself. She didn’t get off to a great start as the bitchy wife and slightly unfit mother of eight of “Jon and Kate Plus 8.” Her children became her ticket to fame, and she paraded them around endlessly. The country collectively shifted its hatred to Jon Gosselin after the couple split, but she hasn’t stopped being a greedy attention-whore. She recently appeared on — and even more recently voted off of — “Dancing With the Stars.” Rumor also has it Kate will have her own new show on TLC, without Jon or the kids. Thanks for ditching that awful hair Kate, but you probably shouldn’t ditch your children too.

Jon Gosselin

The Gosselins are probably the most obnoxious former-couple out there. Knowing that, it’s particularly nauseating that Jon has actually managed to sink way lower than Kate. He started off as the bitchy Kate’s push-over husband and everyone felt a little bit bad for the guy. Then suddenly, they were on the brink of divorce and the world realized he definitely deserved what he got from Kate. Since their split, he’s very publicly been with younger, trashy women. For some unfathomable reason, he began to see himself as a playboy, and acted like one. Nevermind that he’s an unattractive, still married father of eight — he ditched the family for parties and ladies (a term used extremely loosely here). He allegedly drained the couple’s bank account last October and the nanny said she was sleeping with him. Now he’s battling over money and custody with Kate … as if either of them wants the kids anymore.

Spencer Pratt

It’s rare to hear or read the name Spencer Pratt without it being accompanied by “tool,” “douchebag,” “asshole,” or “prick.” Unfortunately for Spencer and everyone who has to interact with him (or even watch him on TV), these descriptors are all very accurate. He just can’t keep his mouth shut, and it just keeps spewing obnoxious nonsense. In the past year or so, he’s continued to be the resident evildoer on “The Hills,” made a stink over tough conditions on “I’m a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here,” boasted he’d be the next big rapper (what ever happened with that, Spencer?), and been fired as his own wife’s manager. Ouch. The list could go on, but really, why bother? Spencer Pratt isn’t worth that much thought.

Heidi Montag

If Jon and Kate are the most obnoxious former-couple in Hollywood, Spencer and Heidi are definitely the most obnoxious couple. Marrying Spencer and being a bad friend and person on “The Hills” was pretty bad. Then she joined her hubby in throwing a ridiculous fit over “I’m a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here.” Then she fired him as her manager. She released an album (who knew?) that only sold 658 in it’s first week, and her body is as fake as her personality. It’s only fitting that she join her equally stupid husband on this list.

Kanye West

It seems like everyone either loves or hates Kanye, and arguments for both side are reasonable. Overall, he’s really not so bad, but the “interrupting Kanye” incident gave the haters plenty of fuel. When he snatched the microphone from sweet, 19-year-old country girl Taylor Swift during his acceptance speech at the 2009 VMA’s and proclaimed that Beyonce had “one of the best videos of all time,” poor Taylor and the rest of the country was stunned. Several humble and occasionally tearful apologies followed, but it’s a bit hard to move on from a grown man ruining the biggest moment in the life and career (so far) of a 19-year-old girl. And as a result, everyone had to deal with endless “interrupting Kanye” jokes and memes for months. He’s not as bad as most of the others on this list, but he definitely earned a spot.

Paris Hilton

Paris has faded from the celebrity gossip scene a bit, but she’s still out there, reeking havoc on Hollywood. She’s been humiliating and degrading dumb, fame-hungry girls (and even a few guys) on “Paris Hilton’s My New BFF” for two seasons. She threw a fruit and a serious tantrum at a girl who was talking to ex-boyfriend Doug Reinhardt. Oh yeah, and remember when she went to prison for drunk driving with a suspended license? True, every celebrity seems to be driving drunk, but that doesn’t make it any less wrong. And honestly, this girl is a whole lot of wrong.

Perez Hilton

How fitting that Perez should fall onto this list with his (sort of) namesake. Perez is mostly harmless, though definitely annoying. What earned him a spot on this list, though, is his battle with Will.I.Am. The Black Eyed Peas star assaulted Perez when Perez called him a faggot, and there are a few problems with that. First of all, Perez is using a derogatory term for a group of people he belongs with. Really? That’s either some serious self-loathing or just plain stupid — probably both. Then, Perez decided to publicly whine about it as if he were a victim, especially when GLAAD called for an apology. So for insulting his own kind and helping to perpetuate the use of “faggot,” Perez is one of the worst people in Hollywood.

Lindsay Lohan

Poor LiLo. She’s last on this list for a reason, actually. It’s just too hard to tell when to hate her and when to feel bad for her. Either way, this girl is the definition of “hot mess” and has earned a tentative spot on this list. She was busted drunk driving, involved in a car chase on the PCH, accused of stealing jewelry from a photo shoot, and accused of stealing a formula for tanning lotion and selling it as her own. Her mom told the world she cuts her wrists and her dad has to be kept at a safe distance. Her probation since the DUI incident was extended because the judge felt she was still out of control. Her very public break up with Sam Ronson showed her to be a crazy ex-girlfriend. Most recently, she was fired from “The Other Side.” There’s surely a lot more, but the gist is that Lindsay is an irresponsible, emotionally unstable alcoholic who wasted her talent. It’s not always possible to tell when we should feel bad and when we should be disgusted, but there’s just enough of both to land her here. Sorry, Lindsay.

Rihanna spilled her guts to Diane Swayer this morning on “Good Morning America” — a move likely choreographed to sync with Chris Brown’s tell-all MTV interview.

According to MTV.com, Rihanna said her relationship with Chris was just too intense. They started out as close friends, and their love bordered on obsession. Rihanna also admitted to feeling guilty for reconciling so quickly with Chris because of the message it sent about domestic violence victims. But now, she says, it’s really over.

“I went through … a host of emotions,” she told Sawyer. “It was confusing for me. I was still attached by love. But I wasn’t thinking about … the reality of the situation. You start lying to yourself. … This is a memory you don’t want to have ever again. … The physical wounds go away, you put it in the back of your head and you start lying to yourself subconsciously.”

Long interview short — she still loves and cares about Chris, but doesn’t think they’ll ever get back together. She hated him for a while, yet felt bad that he was facing so much hatred. Now, she just wants to move on.

“I don’t want that five years from now — every time they see Rihanna, they think of Chris Brown beating me,” she said. “That’s not who I am. It’s just one thing that happened to me.”

MTV will air a tell-all interview with Chris Brown this Friday, Nov. 6 at 6 p.m. ET/PT.

According to MTV.com, Brown will answer questions about his fight with Rihanna, including “What caused the singer to lash out against his former girlfriend in the first place? Why has he tweeted old photos of the two of them and released music inspired by her? What does he think about, nine months later, when he recalls that fateful night?”

Brown told MTV that he has been using therapy to deal with his anger and understand his behavior. He also said, “My thoughts [when I look back on it now] is like, why did it happen? Like, what was I thinking? What is wrong with you? That’s what I’m thinking with myself. That’s what my thoughts are, basically, now.”

After about fives months of silence, Chris Brown has publicly apologized for assaulting Rihanna.

TMZ.com is hosting his apology video, which runs just over two minutes. In it, Brown explains that he has not spoken publicly until now under his attorney’s advice. He repeatedly expresses regret and emphasizes that violence is unacceptable.

Chris Brown pleaded guilty to assaulting Rihanna in a much anticipated hearing yesterday.

The plea was the result of an agreement with prosecutors and requires 20-year-old Brown to spend five years on probation, complete 180 days of community service and attended domestic violence classes. The sentence, which won’t be official until August 5, is far less harsh than the maximum four years in prison.

Rihanna had discussed the plea with prosecutors and after the hearing, he attorney said, “Rihanna believes this is a fair and just resolution to this case.”

According to The Washington Post, Brown was accompanied by his mother and other supports, and showed no emotion as the plea was entered. Judge Patricia Schnegg said, “I think it’s commendable that you took responsibility for your conduct, sir.”

The plea also means that evidence against Brown will not be heard in open court, The Washington Post reported. This may come as a disappointment to Rihanna fans and women’s right’s activists looking forward to seeing a more severe punishment and the end of Brown’s career.

Perhaps it’s too early too tell, but for now, it looks as though Brown will bounce back. He has clearly worked hard to at the very least appear regretful and salvage his squeaky clean image. We’ll never know whether he’s really sorry, but thanks to some serious mercy from Rihanna, he won’t be completely ruined.

On June 22, Rihanna will testify at Chris Brown’s preliminary hearing and finally give the world some answers about what happened before the Grammy Awards.

In February, the former pair were no-shows at the Grammys and it quickly got out that not only had Brown been arrested for assault, but that Rihanna was badly injured. Since then, there has been no concrete evidence that Brown beat Rihanna. The couple even reunited briefly, much to the shock of fans. However, the circumstances make it very hard to believe the incidents were unrelated.

MTV.com said the 21-year-old singer was served with the subpoena on Tuesday, and on Wednesday, Brown tried to have the hearing delayed. He was unsuccessful, and is pleading not guilty to felony assault charges.

Based on this hearing, a judge will decide whether there is sufficient evidence to proceed with the trial, which a legal expert told MTV.com would be 30 to 90 days later.

Donald Etra, Rihanna’s lawyer, told People.com that “If the preliminary hearing indeed goes forward, she is now legally required to be there, she will be there, and will answer all questions truthfully.”

Of course, the hearing could end at any time with a plea bargain, but if Brown is convicted, he faces up to four years and eight months in a state prison.

Conviction or not, the incident and speculation have already done serious damage to Brown’s wholesome image. His former fans, especially young girls, have denounced him and rallied around Rihanna. Her testimony will most likely seal his fate.
