Beginning in the spring, comedian Kathy Griffin will host her own weekly talk show on Bravo. Griffin currently has a reality show, “My Life on the D-List,” and stand-up specials that also air on the network.

The talk show will be titled “Kathy” and will feature celebrity interviews, taped segments, stand-up and tabloid commentary. The success of Bravo’s current talk show “Watch What Happens Live” with Andy Cohen, has paved the way for another.

Rachael Zoe, a star of Bravo’s “The Rachel Zoe Project,” tweeted Wednesday, “Hey everyone! I want to officially confirm to my loyal friends and followers that I am pregnant!….”

She finally admitted that she was pregnant although she had denied the rumor until she tweeted. Also, she said on Twitter, “I feel great, Rodger and I are beyond excited and so thankful for all of your love and support. xoRZ & RB”

It’s been confirmed: TV cameras from the cable network Bravo were following and documenting Tareq and Michaele Salahi as they crashed the Obama Administration’s inaugural White House state dinner Tuesday, the NY Times reports.

The network admitted they were following the couple, however told media that they were under the impression the Salahis had been invited to the event (apparently no one at the station took the time to confirm that the Salahis were actually invited to the event).

Michaele Salahi is being considered as a cast member for the reality show “The Real Houswives of D.C.”

According to Secret Service, the couple went through all security checkpoints, but managed to slip by even though they weren’t on the guest list. Secret Service are blaming a single checkpoint which, they believe, did not follow proper protocol.

The Secret Service has launched an internal investigation in hopes of finding out how the two managed to get past multiple security checkpoints. The couple also managed to snap pictures with Vice President Joe Biden, Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel and CBS anchor Katie Couric, among others.

The incident is a major embarrassment for the White House security. The Salahis are scheduled to appear on CNN’s Larry King Live on Monday.

Football is on today. And baseball.

But besides that, there are two finales to keep in mind. MTV has the closer of “P. Diddy’s Starmaker,” and VH1 has “My Antonio,” both at 10 p.m.

We also know today that Bravo is renewing “Top chef Masters” for a second season. It’s a cooking show where famous chefs battle it out for charity.

Tonight is the finale of “Shark Tank” at 8 p.m. on ABC, as well as “Flipping Out” on Bravo at 10. No premieres tonight. The American League Championship Series continues on FOX tonight, so that will take up all the television-related attention.

Leading up to the new sci-fi drama “V,” ABC is hiring skywriters to draw huge letter V’s in the sky at 26 major landmarks across the US from Friday until the series opens November 3. “V” will have four episodes before a hiatus until early 2010.

FOX recently approved a new comedy called “Rehaab,” from writer/producer Sam Laybourne (“Cougar Town”). The show centers around a man who pretends to need rehab in order to re-connect with a former high school sweetheart who’s now a rock star.

Finally this morning, Samuel L. Jackson has two products in the works for CBS. The first is a comedy about the wife of a congressman who inherits her husband’s seat after he dies suddenly. We wonder if Victoria Kennedy is paying attention to that one. The second is a medical drama about an ER doctor who treats patients in unusual ways. Jackson will executive produce both shows. He is, after all, the highest paid man in Hollywood.

Tonight is the premiere of “The Beautiful Life” on The CW at 9 p.m. That’s the big one. On cable, Bravo starts “Launch my Line,” a reality fashion show. The History Channel’s “MysteryQuest” also starts up. Both are at 10 p.m.

Three finales air tonight. NBC’s “America’s Got Talent,” ends at 8 p.m. “Truth Be Told” is on at 9 p.m. on TLC, and “Dark Blue’s” finale is on TNT at 10 p.m.

Monday’s premiere of “The Jay Leno Show” did well, scoring more than 18 million viewers, according to Nielsen.

Finally, TLC has two big shows coming out over the next few weeks. “Wedded to Perfection” was a special one-shot in the summer, and TLC has ordered six more episodes to start airing October 2 at 10 p.m. “Perfection” is a one-hour show highlighting a husband and wife wedding planning company. TLC will also launch a second season of “I Didn’t Know I Was Pregnant,” starting September 30.

Tabatha Coffey, 39, tried out for Bravo TV’s reality series “Shear Genius” to see for herself what a show focused on hair professionals could be like.

Now, after the intense and emotional experience of competing and watching the show, she has settled back into her daily life — which now includes spontaneous autograph sessions and new clients at her salon, Industrie Hair Gurus in Ridgewood, N.J.

“It’s great,” she said. “The fans have been so kind, and I think it’s just so cool when people recognize me at the mall.”

Beginning as a salon assistant at the age of 14 in her homeland of Surfer’s Paradise, Australia, Coffey instantly fell in love with the field.

“I would do anything they let me, sweep, clean, wash hair anything just to be there,” she said.

But Coffey soon realized she wanted more.

At 15, she took the next step by starting the four-year apprenticeship program in Australia. During that time, she said her love for hairdressing grew. Following this she moved to London, England for eight years to continue her training.

She’s been in America for 19 years now.

For Coffey, the biggest lesson learned during her years in the industry was a hard thing to pin down.

“You always have to make sure to be educated because of the ever-changing industry,” she said. You can’t be complacent with clients, even if it’s their first time in the salon.The client is always changing.”

Coffey said she takes her education as well as the education of other hairdressers seriously.

“My favorite thing to do is work with other hairdressers and teaching,” she said. “I love giving and getting back from other professionals.”

Tabatha continues this work as a platform artist for Joico International, a hair care product company involved in the development and education of hair products and professionals. She travels the world doing hair shows that act a showcase of talent as well as an educational platform for others in the industry. She does 6 to 12 shows a year in Asia, Australia, Latin America and Europe.

Coffey said her favorite show recently occurred in Bangkok in front of about 6,000 people. There, she said she was able to showcase her creativity not only through hair, but by also designing the wardrobe for the event, with the theme of “fantasy hair.”

Responses to the shows in Asia have been the most positive, with each show drawing about 1,000 people.

Her good actions seemed to have been lost to the production room floors during the editing process of Shear Genius. Some people have called her “a heartless bitch” who “doesn’t belong to be on the show,” in blogs found on the Shear Genius website.

“I feel I was shown as one-dimensional, with a definite bitch factor,” she said. “I wish to have seen more of my other sides. Although, it was a competition and I took it seriously. I came in with a very intense I want to win attitude. My softer fun side was just not shown.”

Coffey never shied away from sharing her opinion about fellow castmates. She once called Tyson an “evil leprechaun” who she mixed with like “oil and water.”

Yet she also gained a dear friend in Anthony who she has referred to as a brother-type figure.

Coffey said she is thankful for the experience and meeting the people she was on the show with. She said she learned a little more about herself in the processing realizing an ability to “be pretty good in a pinch.”

But would she do it again?

“Well never say never,” she said. “I don’t know if I could go through it all again. It was very intense and emotional both doing and watching it. But I wouldn’t rule anything out. It was so amazing.”
