TMZ reported Tuesday that “Two and a Half Men” creator Chuck Lorre and Ashton Kutcher were meeting at a coffee shop in California this weekend.

Kutcher is going to replace Charlie Sheen on the hit comedy show after British actor Hugh Grant passed on the opportunity.

Kutcher said in statement Friday, “I can’t replace Charlie Sheen but I’m going to work my ass off to entertain the hell out of people!”

Charlie Sheen tweeted to Kutcher, “#Winning Congrats to the cast and crew…CBS & WB..! My best to @aplusk !! The show must go on… You got the right guy! c”

And, Kutcher replied, “#2.5 @charliesheen Thank man. Always been a fan, always will be! BTW you were “born big””
