Well, it finally happened. Lindsay Lohan is following in the missteps of Paris and Nicole with a 90-day jail sentence.

Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Marsha N. Revel gave Lohan three 30-day sentences, as well as a sentence of 90 days in a locked-down drug rehabilitation center. The decision came after a dramatic hearing, during which Lohan tearily insisted she would behave better and made excuses for missing weekly alcohol education classes.

Revel cited Lohan’s failure to follow the terms of her probation, which among other things includes missing a court appearance to party at the Cannes International Film Festival.

During the hearing, Lohan asked to address Revel directly.

“As far as I knew I was in compliance with my programs,” she said. “I wasn’t trying to get special treatment. I have to provide for myself. I have to work. Having said that, I did everything to balance my jobs and showing up. I’m not taking this as a joke. It’s my life. It’s my career … I take responsibility for my actions. I’ve tried to do the best I can. It’s been such a long haul … I don’t want you to think that I don’t respect you.”

She’ll be left mostly alone in a private cell away from the general population, which is presumably for her safety. Don’t be surprised if she’s out in a few days, though. Prison overcrowding led to Nicole Richie’s release from jail after just 82 minutes, and Paris Hilton only served 23 days of her 45-day sentence. Hopefully she’ll continue down their path and finally get it together.

It seemed this moment would never come, but how wrong we were.

Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag broke up. Does this mean world peace is within reach? Maybe not, but it must be a sign of good things to come.

Of course, the big question is whether the split was mutual. It wasn’t, and I’m somewhat satisfied to say that Heidi walked out on Spencer.

“Heidi is looking to move out due to all the fake bad press that Spencer controls,” Heidi’s rep told TMZ. “She’s tired of it and is looking for a place and wants to focus on her acting career.”

On Tuesday, Heidi tweeted, “I am not Heidi Pratt, I am Heidi Montag.” She’s also reportedly looking for a new home in Malibu.

TMZ also reported that Heidi has been complaining about Spencer’s controlling ways. She said he keeps her from her friends and family, and earlier this month, he called the cops when her mom came to visit.

Unfortunately, there is no way this is the last we’ll hear from the pair, even if they’re no longer a pair. Brace yourselves for days, if not weeks of publicized bickering.

Paramore singer Hayley Williams’ Twitter account was allegedly hacked late Thursday night, and the culprit tweeted a topless photo of her.

After quickly deleting the photo, Williams tweeted, “Well … My night just changed drastically. Got hacked.”

She’s been mostly quiet on the subject since then, except for this tweet on Friday in response to fan support: “Always knew we had the greatest fans. Thank you so much for all the support. Overwhelming. Today is a new day. Gonna keep my head up high.”

Staying positive shouldn’t be too hard for Williams — B.o.B’s “Airplanes” (featuring Williams) just hit No. 2 on Billboard’s Digital Songs chart. Rock on, Hayley.

Gary Coleman, former child star of “Diff’rent Strokes,” died Friday of a brain hemorrhage at the age of 42.

Coleman was taken to the Utah Valley Regional Medical Center after he fell and injured his head in his home near Salt Lake City. Janet Frank, spokeswoman for the hospital, said he was taken off life support at 12:05 p.m.

Coleman achieved sitcom fame in the 1980s as the adorable Arnold Jackson on “Diff’rent Strokes.” Not only was he cute, but his comedic timing was startlingly good for a child actor.

Over the past two decades, however, Coleman’s life was plagued with financial and legal troubles. He sued his parents for misappropriation of his trust fund in 1989, and though he received $1.3 million dollars from the suit, he filed for bankruptcy in 1999. One year earlier, he was charged with assault while working as a security guard when he hit a woman who asked for his autograph. He also allegedly hit a man with his in 2008, and in January, was arrested for failing to appear in court for an unspecified charge.

But as these things usually go, Coleman will most likely be remembered as the short kid with the big cheeks who said “Whatchoo talkin’ ’bout, Willis?”

There are a lot of bad people out there. A whole lot, actually. Celebrities pale in comparison to most of them, but let’s be honest, they’re much more fun to watch. Rich, pretty and talented (but not necessarily all three) people are regularly screwing up on a national and global stage. Most of it is forgivable, some of it isn’t, but all of it makes roll our eyes and shake out heads. And so because we can never get enough of captivating train wreck that is fame, here are the top 10 worst people in Hollywood (in no particular order).

Chris Brown

Everyone has pretty much moved on from the Chris Brown drama. It was a lot harder for Rihanna to move on, though, and that’s why Brown is one of the worst people in Hollywood. The seemingly squeaky clean R&B singer was arrested for and convicted of assaulting then-girlfriend Rihanna before the 2009 Grammy’s. He’s since tried to clean up his image by apologizing and laying low, but after the world saw photos of Rihanna’s facial bruises, he’s not likely to succeed.

Tiger Woods

He may not technically be in Hollywood, but Tiger Woods is a major celebrity. Unfortunately, that celebrity has only recently reached Hollywood status with the revelation that he’s cheated on wife Elin Nordegren countless times. The number is certainly ambiguous, since a steady stream of hotties have claimed they’re among the ranks, but estimates are around 20. Not only is that a horrible thing to do to Elin, it’s a terrible thing that his baby son Charlie will have to reckon with someday. Of course, he’s apologized and tried to scrape up some dignity by returning to golf, but it’s fairly certain he’ll never live this down. A cheater is scum; a cheater times 20-something … there aren’t appropriate words for that.

Kate Gosselin

This woman just can’t control herself. She didn’t get off to a great start as the bitchy wife and slightly unfit mother of eight of “Jon and Kate Plus 8.” Her children became her ticket to fame, and she paraded them around endlessly. The country collectively shifted its hatred to Jon Gosselin after the couple split, but she hasn’t stopped being a greedy attention-whore. She recently appeared on — and even more recently voted off of — “Dancing With the Stars.” Rumor also has it Kate will have her own new show on TLC, without Jon or the kids. Thanks for ditching that awful hair Kate, but you probably shouldn’t ditch your children too.

Jon Gosselin

The Gosselins are probably the most obnoxious former-couple out there. Knowing that, it’s particularly nauseating that Jon has actually managed to sink way lower than Kate. He started off as the bitchy Kate’s push-over husband and everyone felt a little bit bad for the guy. Then suddenly, they were on the brink of divorce and the world realized he definitely deserved what he got from Kate. Since their split, he’s very publicly been with younger, trashy women. For some unfathomable reason, he began to see himself as a playboy, and acted like one. Nevermind that he’s an unattractive, still married father of eight — he ditched the family for parties and ladies (a term used extremely loosely here). He allegedly drained the couple’s bank account last October and the nanny said she was sleeping with him. Now he’s battling over money and custody with Kate … as if either of them wants the kids anymore.

Spencer Pratt

It’s rare to hear or read the name Spencer Pratt without it being accompanied by “tool,” “douchebag,” “asshole,” or “prick.” Unfortunately for Spencer and everyone who has to interact with him (or even watch him on TV), these descriptors are all very accurate. He just can’t keep his mouth shut, and it just keeps spewing obnoxious nonsense. In the past year or so, he’s continued to be the resident evildoer on “The Hills,” made a stink over tough conditions on “I’m a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here,” boasted he’d be the next big rapper (what ever happened with that, Spencer?), and been fired as his own wife’s manager. Ouch. The list could go on, but really, why bother? Spencer Pratt isn’t worth that much thought.

Heidi Montag

If Jon and Kate are the most obnoxious former-couple in Hollywood, Spencer and Heidi are definitely the most obnoxious couple. Marrying Spencer and being a bad friend and person on “The Hills” was pretty bad. Then she joined her hubby in throwing a ridiculous fit over “I’m a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here.” Then she fired him as her manager. She released an album (who knew?) that only sold 658 in it’s first week, and her body is as fake as her personality. It’s only fitting that she join her equally stupid husband on this list.

Kanye West

It seems like everyone either loves or hates Kanye, and arguments for both side are reasonable. Overall, he’s really not so bad, but the “interrupting Kanye” incident gave the haters plenty of fuel. When he snatched the microphone from sweet, 19-year-old country girl Taylor Swift during his acceptance speech at the 2009 VMA’s and proclaimed that Beyonce had “one of the best videos of all time,” poor Taylor and the rest of the country was stunned. Several humble and occasionally tearful apologies followed, but it’s a bit hard to move on from a grown man ruining the biggest moment in the life and career (so far) of a 19-year-old girl. And as a result, everyone had to deal with endless “interrupting Kanye” jokes and memes for months. He’s not as bad as most of the others on this list, but he definitely earned a spot.

Paris Hilton

Paris has faded from the celebrity gossip scene a bit, but she’s still out there, reeking havoc on Hollywood. She’s been humiliating and degrading dumb, fame-hungry girls (and even a few guys) on “Paris Hilton’s My New BFF” for two seasons. She threw a fruit and a serious tantrum at a girl who was talking to ex-boyfriend Doug Reinhardt. Oh yeah, and remember when she went to prison for drunk driving with a suspended license? True, every celebrity seems to be driving drunk, but that doesn’t make it any less wrong. And honestly, this girl is a whole lot of wrong.

Perez Hilton

How fitting that Perez should fall onto this list with his (sort of) namesake. Perez is mostly harmless, though definitely annoying. What earned him a spot on this list, though, is his battle with Will.I.Am. The Black Eyed Peas star assaulted Perez when Perez called him a faggot, and there are a few problems with that. First of all, Perez is using a derogatory term for a group of people he belongs with. Really? That’s either some serious self-loathing or just plain stupid — probably both. Then, Perez decided to publicly whine about it as if he were a victim, especially when GLAAD called for an apology. So for insulting his own kind and helping to perpetuate the use of “faggot,” Perez is one of the worst people in Hollywood.

Lindsay Lohan

Poor LiLo. She’s last on this list for a reason, actually. It’s just too hard to tell when to hate her and when to feel bad for her. Either way, this girl is the definition of “hot mess” and has earned a tentative spot on this list. She was busted drunk driving, involved in a car chase on the PCH, accused of stealing jewelry from a photo shoot, and accused of stealing a formula for tanning lotion and selling it as her own. Her mom told the world she cuts her wrists and her dad has to be kept at a safe distance. Her probation since the DUI incident was extended because the judge felt she was still out of control. Her very public break up with Sam Ronson showed her to be a crazy ex-girlfriend. Most recently, she was fired from “The Other Side.” There’s surely a lot more, but the gist is that Lindsay is an irresponsible, emotionally unstable alcoholic who wasted her talent. It’s not always possible to tell when we should feel bad and when we should be disgusted, but there’s just enough of both to land her here. Sorry, Lindsay.

There have been a couple reasons floating around for Kim Kardashian and Reggie Bush’s break up. Some say it was a maturity issue, others say Kim was pressuring Reggie to get married. This rumor, however, makes it much more interesting.

A supposedly reliable source told MediaTakeOut.com the real reason:  Kim was hooking up with Kanye West.

Apparently, Reggie was using Kim computer when some IMs from Kanye popped up. In an extra-classy move, Reggie pretended to be Kim and found out that she and Kanye have been bumping uglies (well, maybe not uglies in Kim’s case) for months. When Reggie confronted Kim, she admitted to the affair and he dumped her.

Whether it’s believable or not, that reason is far juicier than maturity differences.

Despite relationship troubles of his own, Jim Carrey has been very busy tweeting about Tiger Wood’s love life.

Carrey, who split with his long-time girlfriend Jenny McCarthy, announced the break-up via Twitter on Tuesday. Now, the New York Daily News reported, he’s stirring up controversy by tweeting his thoughts on Tiger and Elin.

On Friday, he wrote, “No wife is blind enough to miss that much infidelity. Elin had 2 b a willing participant on the ride 4 whatever reason. kids/lifestyle ;^)”

That’s some bold speculation, and it wasn’t received well. Later, he tweeted, “I want 2 make it CLEAR that I do not condone infidelity at all, but 2 some degree the responsibilty 4 it is shared by both people! ;^)”

This one absolutely kills me:  Miley Cyrus thinks she’s deeper than all of us.

In the newest issue of Teen Vogue, Miley talked a bit about her relationship with Liam Hemsworth. She said, “I think we’re both deeper than normal people — what they think and how they feel.”

Yes, Miley. You are a unique snowflake, just like every other teen celebrity manufactured by Disney. You’re also a phenomenal singer.

I hate to be so sarcastic, but it seems like she just keeps getting worse. Remember when she said “Alice in Wonderland” is about Ecstasy? Then there was this gem: “…everyone in Paris speaks French — maybe you knew that.” It just never ends.

I’m trying to find something positive to say in conclusion. She’s a teenager, after all, and they often say ridiculous things. For now, I guess we can blame it on naivete. Maybe she’ll grow out of it.

It looks like Conan O’Brien could be back on air soon. Leslee Dart, a rep for O’Brien, said the former “Tonight Show” host has been in talks with Fox and other unnamed networks about a new late night show, The Huffington Post reported.

That’s not much info, but any sign of Conan’s return is a good one. For now, you can get your fill by following him on his new Twitter account or checking out one of his shows during his April comedy tour.

And let’s hope that wherever he lands next, they’ll appreciate just how much we love him.

Lindsay Lohan filed a $100 million lawsuit claiming an E-Trade commercial aired during the Super Bowl and Olympics took a stab at her, the Boston Globe reported.

Don’t have a clue what this is about? Neither did I. About to Google it? Don’t bother.

One of the babies in the commercial refers to “milkaholic Lindsay.” That’s it. We see baby Lindsay, and she isn’t even a redhead.

Lindsay’s lawyer said her first name is just as recognizable as her full name. When your name is Oprah, Raven or Kesha, that’s one thing. But with a common name like Lindsay, the claim begins to look a little paranoid.

Despite the fact that Lindsay seems paranoid, I can’t help but sympathize a little. Girls always think people are talking about them. When a girl is famous, known for substance abuse and often publicly mocked, I imagine that fear gets a lot worse.

Maybe her name was used on purpose – it’s completely possible – but I doubt anyone noticed.

Remember back in January when Bristol Palin filed for child support from Levi Johnston? Well Bristol won, and now Levi has been ordered to pay even more.

A judge reworked some numbers and found Levi needs to be paying more than the original $18,000 for back child support payments Bristol requested, TMZ.com reported today. According to legal documents filed in Alaska this week, he now owes $21, 561.12.

Levi faces fines and possible jail time if he doesn’t pay up pronto.

If Levi is smart (debatable), he’ll have saved some money from that somewhat clever Wonderful Pistachio ad he did.

I know it’s old, but it can still get a giggle out of me. Bristol, on the other hand, probably wasn’t thrilled to see Levi make money poking fun at their unplanned parenthood.

Normally I can’t stand to here anyone repeat this phrase, but it’s so delightfully appropriate here:  Karma’s a bitch.

Andrew Koenig (Richard “Boner” Stabone in “Growing Pains”) was found dead in a park in Vancouver, British Columbia Thursday.

Koenig went missing since Feb. 14 and has apparently committed suicide, his father, Walter Koenig (Pavel Chekov from the “Star Trek” series) told reporters. His father also said Andrew stopped taking medication for depression several years ago and sounded “despondent” in a recent letter home.

“He was obviously in a lot of pain,” Walter said.

According to CNN, Andrew also sold all of his possessions and moved out of his home in Venice, Calif. before going to Canada.

Andrews parents have already turned the tragedy into a teaching moment, and have been urging anyone considering committing suicide to rethink it and get help.

“If you’re one of those people who can’t handle it anymore, you know, if you can learn anything from this, there are people out there who really care,” Walter said. “You may not think so and ultimately it may not be enough, but there are people who really care.”

Remember when Rip Torn allegedly tried to rob a bank while drunk a few weeks ago? Well he just might get away with it.

Torn’s lawyer, Tom Waterfall, told TMZ that in his drunken state, Torn believed he was in his own house. Follow the link for the story, and you can see from the picture that the defense isn’t completely insane. The bank actually looks like a house. They have obvious differences, but the defense will argue that it’s reasonable Torn couldn’t tell them apart.

What’s more is that Torn actually went to sleep in the bank, and when the police arrived, he asked what they were doing in his house.

Of course, Torn was carrying a loaded weapon, so there may still be charges. Waterfall told TMZ he’s hoping the judge will be lenient, though, since Torn is in rehab.

When John Mayer dropped the “N word” in a interview with Playboy, it seemed his reputation hit rock bottom. But then he tried to apologize, and managed to drill it down a little deeper.

Through MediaCurves.com, HCD Research conducted studies in which Americans ranked the sincerity of celebrity apologies in 2009. John Mayer ranked the lowest among Chris Brown, David Letterman (times two), Governor Mark Sanford and Jaimee Grubbs.

Most people (88 percent) found Mayer’s use of the “N word” inappropriate, and after viewing his apology, 32 percent said they were less likely to listen to his music.

HCD also measured overall perception of sincerity in these celebrities. Here’s how they were rated:

“The scores … indicate the percent change in celebrities’ sincerity scores based on a scale of 1-7 before and after respondents viewed the apologies. Higher scores indicate higher levels of perceived sincerity. Positive scores indicate an increase in perceived sincerity and negative scores indicate a decrease in perceived sincerity.”

Mayer came in dead-last with a -13.6. Chris Brown did surprisingly well with a 17.2. David Letterman’s sex scandal confession earned him a 4.3, while the apology for his Palin joke got a -2.3. Governor Mark Sanford’s affair apology got a 3.2, and when Jaimee Grubbs apologized to Tiger Woods’ wife, she scored a -5.9.

What about Kanye’s awkward apologies to Taylor Swift? Too uncomfortable to judge, I guess.

Five people were injured when an escalator abruptly stopped during an appearance by Disney starlet Selene Gomez in a North Attleborough mall Saturday, police said.

While Selena — star of “Wizards of Waverly Place” and singer for Selena Gomez & The Scene — was answering questions at the Emerald Square Mall, an escalator lurched to a stop, sending a few people falling backward. Fire Lieutenant Jeffery Badger said five people were treated for minor injuries. Three of them were taken to Sturdy Memorial Hospital.

Badger also said an investigation into the escalator malfunction will begin Tuesday. Overcrowding is a likely cause.

Gemma Ward was once a successful model with million dollar campaigns for Herm¨s, Louis Vuitton and Dior. But when she began gaining wright, she was done.

Her body started getting some shape in 2007 and in 2008, the death of her friend Heath Ledger pushed her over the edge acceptable model size.

Of course, Ward is hardly close to being fat, and she’s certainly still beautiful. Now she’s working on a career in a slightly more forgiving field:  acting.

Joshua and John Duggar, the eldest boys of the Duggar family, saved the life of a six-year-old girl last week, TMZ.com reported today.

After a car crash in front of Joshua’s car dealership, the girl was unconscious. The brother’s got her out of the car, called 911 and performed CPR until the fire department arrived. Once the firefighters took over, Joshua held the IV and John caught some video on his cell phone.

Julia Jones, a 29-year-old Boston native, will have a major role in the third movie of the Twilight series, “Eclipse,” the Boston Globe reported.

Jones will be playing Leah Clearwater, the only female werewolf. Leah is even cursed with the ability to read the mind of her ex-boyfriend. Tough break, especially considering the ex  is in love with someone else.

Definitely sexy, and definitely angsty. Sounds like another tween fantasy hit.

"Because Stephenie Meyer wrote the layers, you’re kind of serving something else,” Jones told the Globe. "Usually you’re looking for any clue you can in a script – usually it’s skeletal, because it’s not prose. But in this case, there’s 3,000 pages of detail.”

Jones has acting experience in a few indie flicks and a small role in “ER.” She’s also done plenty of modeling, working for the Gap, Polo Ralph Lauren, Levi’s, Macy’s and more.

The movie is set for release June 30, and until then, Jones just has to prep herself for the notoriously crazy fans. Luckily, she has her co-stars to look to.

"I really am in awe of [their] ability to handle all of that,” Jones says. "It’s their job, and they treat it as their job. For whatever reason – and Taylor is 17 years old – they understand that. They’re so committed.”

Scott Brown, the first republican senator Massachusetts has elected in quite a long time, will make an appearance on The Jay Leno Show this Thursday.

According to the AP, he new senator won’t be in the studio. Instead he’ll be joining Leno by satellite. NBC spokeswoman Tracy St. Pierre said Leno will ask Brown 10 quick questions.

Court documents filed Thursday show that Bristol Palin is looking for  $1,750 a month from her former boyfriend and the father of her baby, Levi Johnston.

Bristol and Levi, both 19 years old, had remained together for a little while after having Tripp in December 2008, but eventually broke up. In November 2009, Bristol filed for full custody of Tripp and the most recent documents also ask for $18,350 in back child support.

The court documents also state that Levi made more than $105,000 in 2009 between interviews and modelling jobs, while Bristol has paid almost 100 percent of the costs of raising Tripp. On the other hand, Levi’s lawyer, Rex Butler, said Levi has tried to meet Bristol and give her money, but she didn’t show up. Butler also said that Levi is only allowed a few hours of visitation with Tripp each week.

Who’s right? Who knows.

Amanda Palmer of the Dresden Dolls and writer Neil Gaiman have announced their engagement.

Palmer’s mother, Kathy Mockett, said the couple met about a year and a half ago when they collaborated on Palmer’s book, “Who Killed Amanda Palmer.” The book was filled primarily with photos, but Palmer needed a writer to add text, and a friend suggested Gaiman.

“It’s really nice to be able to welcome Neil into our family,” Mockett said in an interview with Blast. “We feel very comfortable and happy with him.”

Mockett also said she’s happy to have a British man come into the family because her father was British. But of course, it’s not about nationality.

“As the mom, I find Neil and Amanda very compatable and I’m very happy about that,” Mockett said. “I find Neil to be kind and gentle, and I think those are maybe two of the best qualities anyone can have.”

Palmer and Gaiman both have very busy schedules — Palmer will be traveling for months and might be in a play that will keep her booked until September — so the wedding is planned for sometime in 2011.

When Massachusetts residents hit the polls to elect a new senator today, some will likely have this image in mind.

Republican candidate Scott Brown was named “America’s Sexiest Man” in the June 1982 issue of Cosmopolitan magazine. At the time, Brown was a 22-year-old law student at Boston College. Here’s what Cosmo had to say:

“Tall (6’2″), rangy Scott Brown, 22, has the strong-but-huggable good looks most Cosmo girls are really searching for. You may want Mr. Muscles or a river-boat gambler for an adventure, but adorably sexy is what makes him someone to snuggle over the longer haul!”

Of course, Brown has plenty of other achievements and qualifications, all much more becoming of a senator. The sexy photos probably won’t help him, but at least it’s not the same old marijuana scandal that plagues politics. Bonus points for originality, Mr. Brown.

There are a few hot bits of news to kick off this week.

First of all, Fox announced Monday that Simon Cowell will be leaving “American Idol.” Suprisingly, it’s not because he was sick to death of Ryan Seacrest or appalled by talentless contestants. He’ll be bringing his popular U.K. talent show, “The X Factor,” to American audiences on Fox.

“I want to leave ‘Idol’ this year bigger and better than it was in the past,” Cowell said on Monday.

Will America keep watching? Of course. Will anyone ever criticize a contestant again? Maybe, but it won’t be very funny.

In the sports world, it looks like female Yankees fans everywhere are going to have to give up hope. Veteran Yankees shortstop and team heart-throb Derek Jeter is engaged. According to the New York Post, he and his lovely girlfriend Minka Kelly are getting married Nov. 5 on Long Island.

Well, maybe. A reporter, acting on a tip, pretended she was getting married so she could look at the calendar for the Oheka Castle in Huntington, N.Y. She spotted the words "JETER wedding" on the calendar. The reporter mentioned it to the sales manager, Rick Bellando, but he insisted celebrities aren’t listed by their real names.

The final, most troubling tidbit. Former vice presidential candidate, Alaska governor and, in case you didn’t know, former sportscaster Sarah Palin will be joining Fox News as a political commentator. She’ll also be the occassional host of “Real American Stories,” a new series Fox said will tell inspirational true stories about Americans who overcoming adversity.

Honestly, the latter seems more like Palin’s cup of tea. Political commentary? How can anyone take her seriously when she completely destroyed the McCain campaign, resigned as governor and has repeatedly and publically embarrassed herself?

Whether or not we’re excited — I’m sure many people actually are — Sarah certainly seems pumped.

“I am thrilled to be joining the great talent and management team at Fox News,” Palin said in a statement posted on Fox’s Web site. “It’s wonderful to be part of a place that so values fair and balanced news.”

Hilarious? You betcha.

Well, it looks like my hopes were way to high for poor Lindsay. According to People.com, she’s been accused of copying designs for clothing like 6126.

Black Milk Clothing’s James Lillis has pointed out on his blog, toomanytights.typepad.com, that Lindsay’s “Diamond” leggings look a lot like his “Sheer Spartan” leggings — complete with the triangle cutout at mid-thigh. Then, Fashionista.com observed that one of Lindsay’s dresses looks just like a Jen Kao dress she actually wore last month.

"While we are all well aware that being ‘mimicked’ or ‘copied’ has always existed in this industry, I think the evolution of it all has grown to an alarming level,” Kao said. “It’s a shame to support the concept of taking advantage of designers who are still trying to develop a name and solidify the image of their design aesthetic."

Lindsay hasn’t spoken up, but the 6126 president Kristi Kaylor said, "The alleged ‘copying’ claims made by these companies are false and have absolutely no merit or validity whatsoever. Any alleged similarities are purely coincidental. The 6126 illustrations for the upcoming fall 2010 collections do not even describe the fabric content, fit or actual construction details of the garments. This is merely an accusation based upon a pencil sketch with no concrete viable evidence to back up the allegations."

Seems a little sketchy (yes, pun intended). It’s hard to tell who’s right here, but it looks like LiLo’s resolution is a bust.

According to TMZ.com, a woman has brought Vivid Entertainment what she says is a Tiger Woods sex tape.

But don’t rush off searching for it, because there are a lot of problems. First of all, Steve Hirsch of Vivid says they’ve only seen 30 seconds of the video and are still trying to ID people in it. What’s more is that Vivid would need Tiger’s signature to legally distribute such a video, and Tiger’s lawyers have already threatened legal action against anyone who tries to release photos or videos of him.

Everyone makes New Year resolutions and that includes my favorite crazy starlet: Lindsay Lohan.

Yesterday the 23-year-old tweeted: “2010 is about moving forward, not backwards. Leaving the bad (people, habbits [sic], and negative energy behind) time to make changes-right!?!? ”

Most resolutions are forgotton within weeks, but here’s hoping that LiLo will stick with it.

“To answer everybody’s question … My new years resolution is to stop letting the lucky few that have my heart, try2constantly tear me down,” she Tweeted. “Everyone get ready for more (but positive-LOHAN MAYHEM!!!!!!!!)”

After spending Christmas with his children in Pennsylvania, John Gosselin returned to his New York City apartment to find it trashed, with plenty missing, People.com reported.

John’s lawyer said that much of what was in the apartment — furniture and other belongings — had been “slashed with a butcher knife by a very troubled and sick perpetrator.” Among his missing possessions were his television, CD player, coffee maker, a Nintendo Wii game, dishes, pots and pans.

But anyway, the burglar also left a note, as John’s lawyer put it, “speared” to his dresser. Just what the note said has not been released.

After 23 years and two kids, Susan Sarandon and Tim Robbins have broken up. The Oscar-winning couple was never married, but their relationship was certainly long by Hollywood standards.

The magic of the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) is giving the public a long desired look into Michael Jackson’s legal troubles today.

According to the FBI, there have been FOIA requests (yes, plural, but it doesn’t say just how many) for investigative files on the late MJ. The seven files total 333 pages (those of you into numerology should be mildly spooked) and the FBI emphasizes that none of the investigations ever lead to convictions in court.

The first file is in regards to a federal case against a California man who had pretended to be the son of John Gotti, written threatening letters to Jackson and staked out his house. The nut job was found unfit to stand trial and went to prison for two years.

Both the second and third files are on the 1993 molestation investigation. Public records on Jackson, potential witness interviews and other leads never amounted to much, as no charges were ever filed.

The fourth file involves a 1995 investigation into the possibility that Jackson possessed child pornography. This case, too, went nowhere, after forensic specialists said the tape was a “poor quality third of forth generation recording.”

Finally, the sixth, seventh and eighth files all deal with the extensive 2003 molestation investigation that eventually went to trial in 2005. This was his most recent, and last, child molestation battle. The files include an FBI response to an LAPD request to “analyze computers and digital media obtained from Jackson’s home under court warrant,” a request by the Santa Barbara County DA for help from behavioral analysts, and an FBI agent’s trip to New York to interview a potential witness, who was unwilling to cooperate.

ZaZa Restaurant in Saugus isn’t missing a beat and is poised to milk the Tiger Woods drama for some money.

The restaurant is now offering a drink called the “Two-Timing Tiger.” It’s composed of Grey Goose vodka, olive juice (extra dirty), and 14 blue cheesy stuffed olives — one for each affair.

If you’re in the area, you can find the ZaZa Restaurant on Route 1 in Saugus. Try the drink Monday-Wednesday from 3:00PM-10:00PM, Thursday-Saturday from 11:30 a.m. to 2 a.m. and Sunday 1-9 p.m.

Seems like a nice move, but now TMZ.com reports that Tiger’s lawyers sent a letter to UK publications regarding a court order that, he wrote, “prevents the publication of private and confidential information contained in the Order…. this Order is not to be taken as any admission that any such photographs exist, and in the event they do exist they may have been fabricated, altered, manipulated and/or changed to create the false appearance and impression that they are nude photographs of our client.”

The order also covers videos, but the note also said that Tiger isn’t aware if anything even exists.

Trying to defend himself without looking suspicious? Not going well.

Yup, Gisele finally pushed that baby out on Tuesday, and it’s a boy.

Brady made the annoucement on Wednesday, and called it “a wonderful experience in [his] life.” There doesn’t seem to be any word on a name yet.

This is 29-year-old Gisele’s first child, and 32-year-old Tom’s second. He has a 2-year-old son Jack with actress Bridget Moynahan.

Michelle Duggar of TLC’s “18 Kids and Counting” was rushed to the hospital this weekend due to gallbladder issues, People.com reported.

Michelle is pregnant with her 19th child. A TLC rep said that “the pain from a gallstone was generating some contractions. Just to be safe, she was airlifted a Little Rock, Ark., hospital, so that in the unlikely event that she had to be delivered early, she would be close to a NICU center. Though there were some fears that the baby was in trouble initially, it soon was discovered to be solely the gallstone causing the discomfort. Michelle is resting comfortably, and the baby is doing fine.”

She’ll have to stay at the hospital for a few days to be monitored, so father Jim Bob will have all 18 kids to himself. Sounds like a riot.

Tiger Woods is clearly in some kind of trouble with the wifey.

We already heard his accident was caused by a violent argument with his wife about an alleged affair, but now TMZ.com is reporting that Tiger told a friend he has to “run to Zales to get a ‘Kobe Special,” which he then described as “a house on a finger.” The “Kobe Special” of course refers to the enormous $4 million ring Kobe Bryant gave his wife after all the nastiness in 2003.

As for the supposed affair, the woman accused of being Woods’ lover, Rachel Uchitel, is calling the rumor B.S.

Whatever is going on, Tiger’s wife seems pissed. Check out the damage, courtesy of TMZ.

Tiger Woods ran his Escalade into a fire hydrant on Friday, but according to TMZ.com, his facial wounds didn’t come from the accident.

TMZ reported that Woods had a “conversation” with someone in which he said that his wife caused the scratches on his face and the accident. Apparently, his wife confronted him about rumors of an affair. When the argument got heated, she started scratching his face. And when he tried to escape in his car, she followed wielding a golf club and took a few whacks at the SUV. Then, a distracted Woods was trying to see if there was any damage and he hit the hydrant and a tree.

Woods still hasn’t been officially interviewed by police.

Nathalie Blanchard has been on sick leave from her IBM job in Bromont, Quebec for a year, but she just lost her health benefits, the Associated Press reported.

Blanchard’s sick leave was for depression, and when her Manulife insurance agent found photos on her Facebook where she was apparently having fun, her monthly benefits were promptly cut. The pictures depicted Blanchard at a Chippendales bar, at a birthday party and on vacation.

Blanchard got a lawyer and is fighting back. She says the doctor told her to try to have fun, and that’s what she was doing. Manulife had no comment on the particular case for the Globe, but did say that the company does not deny or terminate claims based on what’s published on Facebook, or other Web sites.

News travels fast, but in case you haven’t already heard, Johnny Depp was named “sexiest man alive” by People magazine for the second time.

People descibed the 46-year-old (I know, wow) actor as “the king of cool with killer cheekbones.”

Depp last won the honor in 2003, and this year, he joins the likes of Brad Pitt and George Clooney in winning twice. After Depp, the rest of the top five are Ryan Reynolds at number two, Jake Gyllanhaal at number three, Bradley Cooper at number four, and Robert Downey Jr. at number five.

Rabid Twilight fans might be disappointed to know that Robert Pattinson ranked 15th, but the rest of us will wonder how he ranked so high.

Nicole Richie and Tila Tequila have both been exercising some legal power recently.

The Associated Press reported that Richie successfully obtained a restrainging order against two photographers she blames for her car accident last month in Beverly Hills. The photographers have also trespassed at Richie’s home. Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Carol Boas Goodson granted Richie’s request and order the photographers, Eduardo Arrivabene and Ivon Emilio Melo Miguel, to remain 50 yard away from Richie and her two young children.

Judge Goodson expressed concerns about violating the First Amendment rights of Arrivabene and Miguel, but the pair said they would follow the restraining order. Miguel even apologized to Richie on the stand and said he wouldn’t take any more pictures of her, boyfriend Joel Madden or their children. Obviously, Madden and Richie responded that they no longer wanted their picture taken.

Meanwhile, Tila Tequila is suing Shawn Merriman over the assault accusations she had him arrested on in September, ESPN.com reported. Merriman had been arrested after Tila accused him of battery and false imprisonment, but after reviewing police reports, San Diego District Attorney Bonnie Dumanis did not charge him.

Tila claims she was choked and thrown to the ground, while Merriman maintains he was trying to her from leaving the house while extremely drunk. Dumanis decided there was not enough evidence to charge Merriman, but it seems Tila is strongly convinced otherwise.
