January 2007


January was a special time for Blast Magazine. In our first issue, we featured photographer Jim Crotty and his award-winning work with nature. We also interviewed the band Incubus, the creator of the “Choose Your Own Adventure” books and a computer virus hunter who began her career as a florist.

Design-wise, we experimented with the vertical navigation tabs — which is unnatural and unholy in the web programming world, we learned.
