Bethesda released a trailer showing off in-game footage of the upcoming sequel to their popular Fallout series, ‘Fallout 4.’

The game is going to be set in Boston and will be released for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC.

“I can’t wait to fight mutants through Back Bay,” local college student Zach Gershman says.

Residing in Boston, I am interested to see what surrounding areas exactly get included. Areas like Cambridge and Jamaica Plain are all almost just as part of the city as the city itself.

Longtime resident Ola Wasilewski says, “it would be cool to sneak into Fenway park or the Garden… What if you could take the swan boat across the pond . . . with like no head and a broken pedal or something.”

The gameplay itself of ‘Fallout 4’ is something I worry about. After enduring the pain of the poorly organized inventory system of previous games in the series and ‘The Elder Scrolls: Skyrim’, I worry about similar troubles in this upcoming installment into the series. Additionally, I hope there is a broad weapon diversity and maybe even a focus on potential mutation abilities.

The trailer shows off a great use of color, something previous games lacked much of and instead used heavy orange and green filters to help add to the atmosphere of the game.

There is currently no release date for the game but with E3 less than two weeks away we might get a bigger hint at a time-frame, along with potential gameplay previews.
