It’s the most-talked about haircut since Felicity: That’s right, Justin has cut his hair.
While working on his new music video, Justin Bieber tweeted Monday, “yeah so it’s true…i got a lil haircut…i like it…and we are giving all the hair cut to CHARITY to auction. Details coming soon.”
