The Big Bang Theory was the highest rated overall program Thursday night, for the first time this season. The show averaged a 4.0 demo rating and 13 million viewers. $#*! My dad Says drew a 3.1 rating and 11 million viewers. CSI was in third at 9, with a 3.3 rating and 14.7 million viewers. The Mentalist fell behind baseball at 10 for second, earning a 2.9 rating and 14.2 million viewers.

Fox was second with the NLCS, averaging a 2.9 rating and 9.3 million viewers.

Grey’s Anatomy aired a repeat at 8 and a new episode at 9, where it fell sharply from last week’s 4.6 rating to a 3.9, it’s lowest telecast ever, with 10.8 million viewers. Private Practice was steady at  10 with 8 million viewers and a 2.8 rating.

NBC was last for the major networks. At 8, Community averaged a 1.9 rating and 4.5 million viewers. 30 Rock dropped from last week’s 3.1 to a 2.2 rating and 5.2 million viewers. The Office had a 3.4 rating and 6.8 million viewers, while Outsourced also dropped to a 2.3 rating and 5 million viewers. At 10, The Apprentice averaged a 1.3 rating and 3.5 million viewers.
