A judge has revoked Lindsay Lohan’s probation after she allegedly failed a drug test.

An arrest warrant was issued Monday after she failed to appear in court on Friday. Judge Elden Fox signed a bench warrant for Lohan’s arrest, but it will be held until a hearing later this week.

The embattled actress said on her Twitter account on Friday night that she failed a drug test.

“Regrettably, I did in fact fail my most recent drug test and if I am asked, I am prepared to appear before judge Fox next week as a result,” Lohan tweeted Friday evening.

She is under supervised probation from a 2007 drunken driving conviction. She spent 13 days in jail for violating that probation and spent 23 days in court-ordered rehab.

“Substance abuse is a disease, which unfortunately doesn’t go away overnight,” Lohan tweeted. “I am working hard to overcome it and am taking positive steps.”
