On the heels of the gargantuan success of “The Stimulus Package” downloadable content, Activision today announced and dated the second batch of DLC for the Modern Warfare 2, “The Resurgence Map Pack.”
Like the one before it, this map pack will feature five maps and will arrive first on Xbox Live on June 3.
New maps inbound
Double Experience Weekends for Modern Warfare 2 beginning May 28 and June 4 were also announced.
The name “Resurgence” would lead us to believe this DLC will follow in the footsteps of the “Stimulus Package” and include Call of Duty 4 map re-makes, but no official mention was made.
Finally, Activision did not disclose the price of “The Resurgence Map Pack,” but, again, with the “Stimulus Package” selling as incredibly well as it did at $15, we can expect more of the same with the new DLC.
