Epic Games’ third and final Gears of War title will release April of 2011, according to an advertisement on the Xbox 360 dashboard.
The advertisement, spotted on the Xbox 360 dashboard (go look!), features the well-known bloody emblem of the series and the following tagline “The epic story concludes April 2011”.
Official word on the game’s existence was supposed to be revealed last night by designer Cliff Bleszkinski on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, but an 11th hour irreversible scheduling conflict placed teeny-bopper Justin Bieber in the man’s place. Guess someone forgot to pass word along to the Xbox team.
