TV Land has unveiled a gorgeously 40-year-old Arizona realtor named Stacey Anderson as the centerpiece of their new series “Cougar” that will pair her up with 20 eligible twenty-something men vying for the chance to tame the wild cougar.

As the show’s back story goes, for years, Anderson has believed that society has placed a double standard on women who date younger men. So she’s taking to the air to prove that age is nothing but a number.

“Stacey’s dating experiences have led her to believe that men her age and older live under the pressure of a “ticking clock,” which dampens their spontaneity and zest for life,” TV Land said in a statement. “Essential to Stacey’s personal success is her upbeat optimism and zeal, which have not been tainted by life’s adversities. She believes that younger men have the same spirited zest for life, a demeanor Stacey finds crucial for her future love interest to possess, a love interest that she plans to find on ‘The Cougar.'”

Here are some photos of Anderson, who enjoys volunteering, hiking, swimming and playing tennis and golf.

She’s also rich. In her first year in the commercial real estate business, was ranked in the top 1 percent of realtors nationwide for sales over 50 million dollars.

The eight-episode series is hosted by Vivica A. Fox and premieres April 15 at 10:00 p.m.
