Based on the gun games in every arcade, Touch of the Dead takes the light gun out of your hands and converts it t the DS. Instead of pointing a gun, the player touches the screen with a stylus.

Wow.

The game is a first person shooter. The bottom screen is what the player can see, and the top screen is the status window showing health and weapons. The game starts you off as a prisoner, and all the other inmates and guards have turned into zombies. You find a gun and try to get out of the place alive.

The game has no controls on movement or camera, you just see what’s in front of you at the time and try to shoot it before it gets to you.

I found the game fun, though it gets boring after a while. If you liked the arcade mainstay, you’ll feel the nostalgia of it.

I’ll give it a 6 out of 10. It was fun, but it doesn’t seem like it would hold my attention for long
